Patch 0.4.10

Patch notes for Update 0.4.10:

- Pirates Cove is no longer under construction. (smaller changes might still happen)
- Added saturation, gamma and brightness setting in the advanced options.
- Added ability to save/load different lobby settings.
- Fixed canons, Map Creators might want to revise their maps to make sure their canon value is still working as intended.
- Fixed fatal error regarding custom assets not waiting correctly for completion.
- Fixed camera-bug moving the camera while the putter was spawned.
- Fixed issue where sensitivity would not be used in the editor after testing holes.
- Fixed some wood materials not having wood-physical settings.

Patch 0.4.10b:

- Fixed Play Areas blocking gizmo movement
- Updated Landscape Grass for better performance

Patch 0.4.9

Patch notes for Update 0.4.9:

- Added Easy mode. Powerbar for alternative-shooting users, ability to slightly stear the ball with A/D and no reset penalty. For now there will be no Leaderboards for this mode until further feedback has been gathered.
- Added 2 common and 2 uncommon hats.
- Added 2 rare trails.
- Added ability to editor to precicely adjust X/Y/Z values of selected objects in location, rotation and scale. (new UI, use after selecting object and pressing F)
- Added Landscape Grass to Importer.
- Added ability to scroll through scoreboard if the players number exceed the current recommended limit.
- Updated Lobby UI to show custom settings to all clients.

- Fixed some broken textures.
- Fixed some stuck spots in the mines.
- Fixed some inaccurate collisions on some objects.
- Fixed issue where packet-loss could result in client spawning wrong without beeing initilized correctly.
- Fixed de-sync issue where players would be stopped at different locations. Stopping now will result in the client sending the stopped location to all players.
- Fixed some more instances where infinite rolling could happen.
- Fixed /kick chat command kicking randomly when no name was entered.
- Various other fixes/improvements.

Patch 0.4.8

Patch notes for Update 0.4.8:

- Changed to uncompressed files to improve loading times greatly. (increases file size)
- Added 5 new common Hats.
- Added 1 new uncommon Hat.
- Fixed editor issue where server would not replicate to clients in editor.
- Fixed editor issue where clients couldn't move for a long time after joining.
- Fixed issue where spawning clients would not automatically look in the correct direction.
- Various other fixes/improvements.

Patch 0.4.7 - Hats!

Patch notes for Update 0.4.7:

- Added 9 common hats. Hats unlock over-time and at the end of matches.
- Added 3 crown hats which will be given to the Top 20 leaderboard holders.
- Added new Leaderboards for alternative shooting in classic game mode.
- Fixed PhysX having unexpected collision responses at high velocity.
- Fixed issue where the ball would not speed up after beeing slowed down.
- Fixed issue where servers would not update correctly and would still be joinable.
- Fixed issue where you would not join as a spectator when joining a game in progress.
- Various other fixes/improvements.

All Leaderboards will reset in the coming hours and crowns will be given to the top 20 players.
- Top 3 will receive gold crowns.
- Top 10 will receive silver crowns.
- Top 20 will receive bronze crowns.

After having this milestone update with the fixed PhysX the next agenda (apart from the usual fixes, improvements and additions) will be VR-Support. When VR-Support is done we will continue to bring Golf It to Mac and Linux.

Patch 0.4.6

Patch notes for Update 0.4.6:

- Added optional setting to show scoreboard after every hole.
- Fixed numerous network related issues.
- Fixed servers multiplying inside the server browser.
- Fixed issues related to resetting in some custom maps.
- Removed unnecessary logic in the editor causing lags when stoping playing.
- Various code changes for future updates. (increasing size of this patch)
- Various other fixes/improvements.
