• Winners who have submitted screenshots/videos that are not their own will be immediately disqualified and have their rewards withdrawn even after delivery.
  
• The winners’ screenshots/videos can be used by the company for promotional purposes, and the screenshots/videos may be transformed freely during the process.
  
• The G-COIN reward will expire in 30 days.

• PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. YOU MAY CHOOSE TO ACCEPT THE REWARD OR WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTEST.
  
• Your e-mail address, PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS nickname, and information on the platform (such as Steam/PlayStation®/Xbox) will be collected and used for the purpose of operating the contest (confirmation of participation, winner selection, reward distribution, prevention of unfair and illegal participation) and WILL BE STORED FOR SIX MONTHS AFTER THE CONCLUSION OF THE CONTEST (HOWEVER, IF THERE ARE SPECIAL PROVISIONS, RELEVANT LAWS AND REGULATIONS SHALL APPLY).

• By submitting, you agree that KRAFTON Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) reserves the right to use the winning Helmet (Lv. 3) design (hereinafter referred to as “awarded design”).
  
• If selected as the awarded design, additional personal information such as the name, contact information, bank account information, and a copy of your ID may be collected and used to provide the rewards and process tax and public charges (for which the winner is responsible). In this case, there will be an additional procedure for collecting personal information and obtaining consent to use them.
  
• The Company reserves all rights to the entries to the extent permitted by relevant laws and regulations, and in no event shall the winner require additional compensation other than the compensation provided for the use of the awarded design for in-game implementation, sales, etc. as set forth in the policy.
  
• In the event of a dispute related to an entry, the Company shall not be obliged to intervene in conflicts occurring between participants or participants and a third party, and the Company shall not be liable to compensate for any damages.
  
• In addition, participants are liable for any disputes that occur in relation to the entries.
  
• The Company cannot be held liable for any issues that result from the creation, disclosure, distribution, etc. of the entries and is thereby not responsible for providing compensation for damages.
  
• The winner must submit the original file (.PSD, .AI, etc.) of the awarded design; please hold on to your original files.
  
• The winner agrees to the modification or the reconstruction of the awarded design during the process of implementing in-game content.
  
• The awarded design can be used by the Company for promotional purposes.
  
• The Company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest without notice or consent from the participants in the event of any fraud or other circumstances undermining the impartiality or the integrity of the contest. This is valid regardless of the reason, whether it is due to a human or a technical error. If a solution to restore the integrity of the contest cannot be found, the Company reserves the right to select a winner from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation, modification, or suspension of the contest.
  
• The winner may be disqualified if he or she falls under any of the following cases; the title and the prize may be forfeited even after they have been granted.
  
• Where the participant does not consent to the terms and conditions and the collection and use of personal information.
  
• Where the submitted information on the participant is false or where the participant cannot be contacted through the provided contact information
  
• Where the tax and public charges have not been deposited within the notified period
  
• Where the winner does not meet the age requirement for PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS
  
• Where the actual person receiving the prize does not match the name of the announced winner
  
• Where necessary documents are not submitted or taxes have not been paid
  
• Where the winner refuses to accept the prize or there is ambiguity in the response for receipt of the prize
  

Update 22.1 is now live on PC for PUBG Battlegrounds, and the original battle royale game has some new tricks up its sleeve: bears. Yes, there are actual, literal polar bears in PUBG now, and you can find them guarding loot caches on the snowy reaches of Vikendi. If going toe-to-toe with bears sounds a bit too au naturel, you're in luck: update 22.1 also reintroduces the urban Deston map to the rotation.

• The shipment and taxes are handled by KRAFTON, Inc. However there is a chance of additional collection and use of personal information such as name, address, contact information, copies of identification documents, etc. In that case, we will guide you through the consent process separately. 
  
• If you prefer not to share your personal information, you may decline to provide your consent for its collection. In this case, you must send an e-mail stating the refusal to provide the mentioned consent. This also means you will no longer be eligible for the event prizes. 
  
• If the winners do not reach us within the deadline, or if the prizes are not distributed due to refusal to receive the prize, please keep in mind, that those can be used as prizes for other events in the future.
  
• Personal information such as the winners’ names and contact information collected for delivery of prizes and handling of other tasks may be provided to delivery companies. This information will be securely disposed of after delivery. However, in some cases, the information might need to be retained as required by relevant laws and regulations.
