Dear Revheads!

We have some bugfixes and we have unified our controller mapping for supported controllers. Also extended the support for more wheels.

• fix driver seat position (avoid head popping up the roof)

We have decided to ease a bit of the start with some small adjustments and fix a few bugs.

• remove walking form the start mission
  
• highlight the oil filter at start, use a more visible highlight in the newspaper for marked items
  
• fix wing and other body damage and repairs issues

Thanks to our community we were able to hunt down several bugs that caused crashes or annoying behaviors on some lower end computers.

• Fix for showing Rust & Dust on cars in garage and parking
