Greeting Explorers!

We hope you guys had a wonderful 2019 and are ready to embrace 2020! It is time for us to say goodbye to our Christmas and New Year content. Our next patch is scheduled to go live at 12:00 am PDT on January 3rd. Official Servers will be offline for a few hours.

Ending Christmas & NYE Content

• Snowman will no longer spawn in Noviceland, Grassland, Dawn Island and Woodland.
  
• Red Hat will no longer drop from creatures.
  
• Christmas Goblin Trade Center will no longer drop from Goblins.
  
• Ending the Blessing Christmas Tree event.
  
• Ending the Snowman Fight event.
  
• Christmas Santa Supply will be reverted back to the usual Supply Beam.
  
• Ending the Christmas Blizzard event. Snowy weather will occur at its usual rate, and
• Christmas Token and Christmas Candy can no longer be harvested.
  
• Removing the New Year Countdown Timer at the center of the map.
  
• Disabling double harvest rate.
  
• Christmas items, including Christmas Tree, Christmas Reindeer Skin, Christmas Treant Skin, Reindeer Christmas Sled Saddle, Christmas Hat, Rocking Reindeer, Christmas Curtain, Christmas Painting, Christmas Candy, Christmas Doll, Christmas Snowman, Christmas clothing skins, Christmas Token are temporarily removed from drop list or exchange list. They will be obtainable from future in-game events or community events.

We hope you all had a wonderful year, and look forward to an even greater 2020! The next PixARK update is scheduled to go live at 12:00 am PDT on December 27th. Official Servers will be offline for a few hours.

Update: the patch is delayed to go live at 9:00 am PDT on December 27th.


In celebration of the upcoming new year, we are adding a noticeable New Year Countdown Timer in the sky at the center of the map. From any biome in both the PixARK map or the Skyward map, when you look up, you can see the timer counting and when it reaches 2020/01/01 00: 00: 00 (server/local time), all explorers will be treated to a fireworks show NEARBY the timer! (Note: fireworks visuals won't be rendered if the players are too far away from the giant clock.)

• Countdown Clock: needs to be powered; players can input the time they want to count down from, and when it counts down to zero, the Trigger will send an activation signal to switch all the electricity-powered devices to “on”. The Countdown Clock engram can be unlocked at level 55, and craftable in the Fabricator.
  
• Fireworks Launcher: needs to be powered; players can place Fireworks Bullets inside its inventory, and turn on the switch to automatically shoot the fireworks in the sky; when aiming at the Fireworks Launcher, you can also hold E to select how high you want the fireworks to be fired. The Fireworks Launcher engram can be unlocked at level 55, and craftable in the Fabricator.
  

Fireworks can be obtained at a higher drop rate from the Supply Beam which will also spawn at a higher rate.

• Fixed an issue where the Cobaltenergy Golem did not show the correct required time for a mutation in the Radiation Mutation Platform.

Added Christmmas Treant Baby, which might spawn when a Treant is killed. Tamed Christmas Treant Baby will dance.

• Added log in Tribe’s log for taking out and putting in items into tribe-owned storage container
  
• Christmas Blizzard Cube can now be used from the hotbar.
  

• Fixed an issue where bone dinos will not automatically replenish Void Energy from its inventory when sprinting.
