Train Valley 2 News

Hello friends! Every Friday 17:30 UTC/GMT we hold a “Let’s play together” competition. During next 24 hours everyone is welcome to try and score the best time in a preselected level. Join our Discord server and keep Discord running while playing — your results will be automatically published in the #lets-play-together channel. You need to get 5 stars to qualify.

Glittering prizes include:
1) Top 3 winners receive one random card each. Collect 18 locomotive cards and advance to next set of 6 all new cards! Complete that second set and enter a final tier of 2 very special and super limited cards! Assemble 26 cards and receive a special prize. Easy!
2) Every player registered by our Discord bot has a chance to get a card. The number of cards depends on the number of participants: one additional card for every 10 train connoisseurs on the list. More players means more prizes!

What was fixed?

• While in Level Editor, Universal Factory building once again lets you choose any resource, not just Workers.
  
• Not yet constructed production buildings now show a capacity counter after being finished.

Hello friends! Due to the fact that many people are now forced to be at home in quarantine, we decided to add another Let's Play Together competition in the middle of the week. This is an experiment. There can be different crazy levels. There will be no prizes. Perhaps this will last only for the period of forced isolation, but if everyone likes this extra competition format we will make it permanent.

The rules are the same: log in to our Discord server, keep it running, play a competitive level, complete it with 5 stars and have fun!

A triptych by @Bengotham set in distant future. Resources are nearing depletion and humanity is looking towards the stars. Some trains all the way back from Earth to help you out, authentic Moon landscapes and three different starting conditions sets for you to try out.

@Sprieltje present us with a Super Simple Beginners Map that is exactly what is promised on the lid - a simple no pressure gameplay, a light breeze amidst battle for splitsecond results and Do Not Crash A Single Train challenges. Except it has one of those too :)

Northlake city puzzle adventure by @Spons83 with Do Not Stop ANY Trains flavour is a mind-challenging level with respectable timers and a lot of things to keep in mind. Multitasking is a requirement and so is a certain affinity for some good old pixelhunting and a good cup of tea.

Yet another gastronomical themed level by @Thomas that plays tricks on your perception as well as your railroad building skills. You are actually encouraged to direct trains into wrong stations and have plenty of time to do that, but we do know that is just the tip of an iceberg.

Ah, the ship that halted everything. My Train Valley 2 Oculus Quest delivery was delayed for three days, can you believe that? Your mission should you choose to accept it is to restore the cargo transit volumes while delivering tugboat crews to the crash site. As riveting as watching the news, certainly has way more railroad puzzle action, utter fun to play.
