January 2023 is here, doods, and it's officially time for another year of partying!

Thanks for your supportive comments and New Year's wishes! It's awesome so many of you are hyped for Office Party. It's still in very early stages right now, but we'll keep you updated when we have cool progress to share!



We hope you're all enjoying the Winter Holiday Update!

The event ends this January 9th, but it'll be back permanently in a free DLC after we polish it and add a toggle on/off feature. That way you'll be able to activate and deactivate the seasonal content whenever you want to - all year long!

Speaking of holiday DLC, you can wishlist House Party's FREE Halloween Holiday Pack now to get notified when it becomes permanently available for download. If you missed it, this is a free permanent DLC version of our 2022 limited-time Halloween Event that we're putting together due to community requests! Remember, it was a small event, and the DLC will not have any new content right away (besides the toggle feature in the main menu), but we do plan to add more free updates to it in the future!

Thank you to everyone who participated in our House Party merch design contest! It was a blast seeing all the funny and cool ideas you had!

Congratulations to our winner, pek², who will have their concept featured in our official merch store! They created an absolute masterpiece of Renaissance sculpture that really highlights the brahvado of Michelangelo's David.

This past year has been incredible. It has been awesome reaching so many milestones this year, and we're stoked that you've been on this wild ride with us!



This year, we shared the female player with everyone, and it's been amazing seeing you welcome her to the party with open arms.

It was especially cool to see in our Holiday Feedback Form that so many of you like her, and we've had a lot of fun updating the game to react to a female protagonist and improving House Party's intimacy system to better support her content.



Exiting Early Access this year was unreal.

We poured our hearts into building House Party from the ground up for years, so much so that it doesn't even look like the same game it did when it was first created. We've added so many items, stories, characters, and gameplay mechanics that it's really been a labor of love, and we're finally at a point where we feel proud to call it an out-of-early-access title!



And, wow, the Doja Cat Expansion Pack was a huge task and major learning experience for us.

It was wild making our first DLC, especially with such a popular celebrity right from the start, but we worked really hard on it, and we hope you've found something charming about the content!



Plus, we started delving into seasonal updates this year! Next year, we hope to have the DLCs ready for you, so you can enjoy them all year long!

The House Party - Halloween Holiday Pack, our first ever seasonal DLC, is available for wishlisting now (and completely free for all players)!

Thanks again to everyone who loved House Party's limited-time event and asked for it to become permanent! We were blown away by how much love you doods had for the seasonal update we added, and we're happy to officially say that House Party’s spooky season will be returning permanently!



As promised, we will also be adding a toggle on/off feature for the holiday content, so you'll be able to turn off the Halloween event in-game without having to uninstall or redownload your DLC! Our team is working hard on finalizing this feature and it's looking like we should move into internal private beta testing for it in early 2023!

This feature should make it super convenient for all of you to manage your seasonal DLC in a straightforward visual selection screen within the Main Menu of the game, so we hope you'll really like it!

Hi all,

A hotfix for the 1.0.7 Winter Update just went out. This updates the French translation of the game, and addresses the following two bugs:

• Fixed an issue that could cause objects to be un-interactable in certain areas of the game world
  
• Fixed an issue that would cause the Clothing ConsoleCommand to execute redundant Clothing GameEvents
  

Those of you that ran into issues with interacting with Derek on the roof, or the SprayPaintCan during Leah's content should no longer experience those problems.
