Hey party goers! Eek! Games here. A member of the Chinese community has notified us of an error with the recent Chinese language addition. For anyone who has experienced this, we sincerely apologize.

Rest assured, House Party HQ are doing all they can to get the party started again as soon as possible. So relax, grab a drink and you’ll be dancing again in no time!

We have awesome news for our international brahs: House Party now has localization for Italian!

We also have the Chinese and Russian translation updates ready, and our Turkish translation has received some additional polish. Keep in mind that none of these translations are currently fully complete, and the update does not fix pre-existing font issues with Turkish or other languages.

There is NOT a Steam update for the localization changes. To update your game, restart the House Party application and the new translations will download once you reach the Title Screen. It is possible that some users with regional ISP blocks or other internet issues will not receive the update automatically.

If you have difficulties getting the localization to work, visit our Steam Discussions FAQ or the Bug Reports section for more info. And if difficulties still persist, reach out to us here on Steam, or on our official Discord and we’ll help you get your game working. Enjoy the updates to Chinese, Russian, and Turkish, and have fun playing in Italian, dudes!

If you missed it, the Frank update is out, too, bringing with it a bunch of content and ballsy humor. We've already seen a lot of you blazing your way through the new achievements, and we hope you're enjoying the story!

Also, HOUSE PARTY IS LEAVING EARLY ACCESS MARCH 2022! Releasing the same day will be House Party's FIRST DLC PACK, which will allow you to invite a brand new very special guest to the party who a lot of you may recognize!
