Hey Flippers!

Since we've released House Flipper, many players have asked about possible additions to the Flipping family. As you already know, we exert ourselves to prepare House Flipper – Pets DLC fully so you guys can enjoy the game and spend some quality time with your favorite four-legged friends. But this is not the ending point for us! Just after we've revealed the Pets DLC, many of you have wondered whether we will add farm animals to the game or not.

As you already know, we want to collaborate with our community. Thus, we would like to announce that you will have the unique opportunity to flip farms, plant crop plants, and take care of various farm animals in our brand-new House Flipper – Farm DLC!

Farm DLC includes:

- Multiple farm properties
- Dozens of different farm-themed items
- New story orders
- Farm animals such as cows, sheep, chickens, and more
- Crop plants that you need to take care of
- More space with the possibility to build extensions of your house
- Horse riding
...And many, many more!

Frozen Way plans to release the Farm DLC by the end of 2022, but the exact launch date and price are yet to be determined. Nevertheless, we highly encourage you to follow the Facebook page and add the DLC to your wishlist on Steam so that you don't miss any future updates.

As we teased some time ago, we're going to rework the garden DLC - hopefully, we'll be able to get rid of all the flaws that upset our players.



Here's a thing - we want you guys to help us out with the whole process - some time ago, we've posted a google form to gather your feedback. Now we need you to vote in our poll - which lawnmower do you prefer? The old one, which couldn't pass through any obstacles such as flowers and garbage, or the reworked version that allows you to just ignore all the stuff on your way?

It's this time of the year - just between spooky season and Xmas festival: Steam Awards are happening right here, right NOW, and we've been informed that we're eligible for the Labour of Love category.



Creating House Flipper became not only our day-to-day job but also our biggest passion. We've all built the most creative and supportive community out there, and we're proud to say that our mission was and always will be to give you the content you want. Being a game developer is tough sometimes, but interacting with the players makes a HUGE difference - that's right, YOU matter the world to us.
We might be biased, so it's hard to say whether we're doing a good or a bad job developing the product, but we care, and even after those three incredible years, we still spend hours brainstorming new ideas to make them just perfect. If that's not LOVE, then what is it?

We're not going to tell you to nominate us because you guys are the ones to decide if we're worthy (and we hope we are!) - all we ask you is to participate in the event. Nominate and then vote for the game that deserves it the most in your opinion - and if that game is House Flipper, then we couldn't be happier.

Hello there, Flippers and pet lovers!

It's been a while since our last Development Update. We showed you many excellent features, including screenshots of animals (which is not a surprise, actually), Guinea pig's house, bird poo, and more animations. If somehow you missed our recent update, we highly encourage you to check it out, so you can stay up to date with the changes we have made so far. So what can we show you this time?



This time, we will show you some ways to decorate your ceiling and how you can use light bulbs to brighten your house. Also, we will present you with a short GIF showcasing the process of signing a doghouse. What is more, we have also managed to prepare a short behind-the-scenes video, in which you will see the process of creating sounds for our upcoming Pets DLC. Last but not least, our team of developers took part in PGA 2021, where they have presented Pets DLC in action, so if some of you missed this event, this would be a good chance for you to catch up. Without further ado, let's get started!

First of all, we have put some work into making the process of signing a doghouse as comfortable as possible. However, since we have received a lot of great feedback from our community, we would like to ask what you think about it? Feel free to leave your answers in the comment section below. Also, I'm pretty curious whether you already have a name for your pet or not. If so, feel free to share it with us in the comments below.



Second of all, since Pets DLC will bring up dozens of possibilities to make your house cozier, we couldn’t forget about preparing well-suited light bulbs. They are one of the most crucial parts to make your house as comfy as possible. In the video below, you can see just one of the many ways to use them to enlighten your interior environment.



Another thing that we would like to show you in today’s update is about flipping ceilings. As you can see in the video below, there will be a lot of materials at your disposal (in this particular case, we have used ceramic tiles), so we can’t wait to see your creative projects popping off after the release. I hope that in the end, you will have an even bigger smile on your face than the smile painted by our dev.



So far, we have only shown you screenshots, animations, and videos showcasing some mechanics available in the game. However, since our upcoming DLC will put a significant emphasis on being as cheerful as possible, it’s probably high time to show you a short but pretty cool behind-the-scenes video, in which you will be able to see some creative ways that our sound designer used, to create sounds, that will be available in the game.

As you already know, in October our team of developers took part in PGA 2021, where some of you had the opportunity to check the game, leave your feedback and simply give us a high five. We are also aware that some of you weren’t able to attend the event for some reason. Thus, we did our best to prepare a video, which allows you to have a glance at the main features that occurred during the PGA 2021.
