As always, with the release of the paid DLC, we’ve prepared a bunch of features for all of our dearest players.
Aside from optimising RAM usage and FPS, we’ve also decided to give you a few more features…

From now on, you can reset houses from your office in case something goes wrong or you simply want to repeat it. If you do so, you’ll be refunded 60% of the money spent on that house.
This should help with crashes happening on older consoles. And yes this and every free feature is coming both to consoles and pc.

As you all know, House Flipper is and always will be a game about renovations. Dine Out is just another stop in your Flipping journey; you should look at it that way. We’ve prepared a lot of new furniture for you to recreate or design your kitchens, restaurants and other buildings in the game. We created tools for your imagination, and just in a bit, you’ll be able to use them in your creations.

The kitchen’s all ready and waiting for you!

And with all that kitchen stuff, there’s one more thing that’ll make you hungry in no time…

I'm sure a lot of you wondered why House Flipper 1 doesn't get a spooky Halloween Update this year. We know how much you love the Halloween content, but when it comes to the Dine Out DLC that comes next month, the HF1 development team are all hands on deck in order to bring you high-quality content in the promised time frame.

Dine Out DLC is well... kind of a revolutionary DLC! It's pushing lots of House Flipper 1 boundaries that were once almost impossible to cross, so every little thing requires a bit of extra effort, and a solid double-check.

November will definitely be filled with additional information, sneak peeks, and lots of hype for this upcoming release!
