On our last Developer Stream, we've finally announced the release date for the new upcoming DLC for House Flipper![/h3]



[h3]The HGTV DLC launches on the 14th of May this year. Get ready to visit Sunset Bay and flip some houses with the HGTV hosts![/h3]

[h3]House Flipper PC:[/h3]
new content:
- "That's one small step for a flipper, one giant leap for mankind"
- Numerous new items in many flavours including: electrical installation elements, desks, cabinets, tinkerer tools, indoor plants, floor coverings, lighting, chairs, clocks, hello there, books and mirrors
- Variation unification of beds, desks and items from category "others"
- New ambience sounds

changes:
- Repair, assembly, mason and demolish tasks displayed as a list
- Ambience sound volume settings
- Hedge visual overhaul
- Clear minimap background

fixes:
- "Boring House" basement walls will be properly saved from now on
- Building multiple wall fragments will be possible in basement
- Light switches will function in corresponding rooms even if they're placed in secret locations
- Electric Fireplace may touch walls
- Instant recognition of the office subsequent to relocation
