We’ve felt like the game was missing some of the items to throw the biggest and best parties the House Flipper Universe was just asking for! As always, with the release of the paid DLC, we’ve prepared a bunch of features for all of our dearest players.
Aside from optimising RAM usage and FPS, we’ve also decided to give you a few more features…

From now on, you can reset houses from your office in case something goes wrong or you simply want to repeat it. If you do so, you’ll be refunded 60% of the money spent on that house.
This should help with crashes happening on older consoles. And yes this and every free feature is coming both to consoles and pc.

Before we finish, let me show you how exactly the renting will work…

Here's where you'll find all the important information regarding this tasty release.

First of all, we present you with a time zone map that shows what time Dine Out DLC goes live in your area:


For the next couple of days after the release, our community management team will put lots of extra effort into monitoring the House Flipper Steam Discussion page in case any questions or problems arise.
