Today's announcement is for all those of you who are eager to know what's the status of Luxury DLC - we're slowly getting ready to launch, so it's about time to tell you what to expect.



As you can see on some of the screenshots we're still working on our environment, so it's a bit rough at the moment but worry not - we'll make it top tier before the release!





Huge floors, new window options, amazing views - all of that will be available for you the second you enter Moonrise Bay!

Enough spoiling you with all the juicy screenshots - I have to save some sneak peeks for later, right?

As for the other part of our announcement... Frozen Way is bringing you their newest game design that tackles one of many environmental problems. As the last hope to save the planet, players will explore a newly discovered ecosystem, experiment with flora and fauna, and conduct varied research.
We would like to present to you the latest project from our partner studio – Honeycomb.

The action takes place in the future on a distant alien planet. After expanding their knowledge of bioengineering and genetics, chosen scientists will create new organisms and discover previously unknown resources to help bring their home planet back to life. This game is just bound to be great, right? We highly suggest adding it to your wishlist, and in the meanwhile - check out some of the in-game screenshots and concept art!

I'm here to share some important announcements with you.



Some of our players are experiencing lags caused by all those amazing custom items - and yeah, I'm well aware it's hard to resist temptation but hear me out:

We do not take responsibility for the Steam Workshop submissions - the creators are free to upload their projects as long as they do not violate Steam ToS.
Some of them may cause prolonged loading times and even crashes, so please consider unsubscribing to your workshop items in case of issues.


Also, I'm happy to share some news about our upcoming stream event that starts on Friday, the 11th of June. Some of our beloved creators will be streaming The Tenants and hosting numerous giveaways of House Flipper and The Tenants.
We'll be posting all about it on TT's twitter and facebook tomorrow.

For the past couple of weeks, you've been asking us when exactly will the Luxury DLC available and why it's no longer coming in May.
We decided not to release any statements until we're able to give you some more details about the whole thing - the time is NOW.



House Flipper: Luxury is coming in Q4 of 2021 - you might ask, "why is that so late?" and I'm glad we can finally give you an answer:
Luxury is nearly as big as the base game, which makes it the biggest DLC we've ever worked on. It wasn't supposed to be that huge at first, but then we thought to ourselves that we want to give you something extraordinary with this one.
Additional houses, jobs, mechanics, new NPCs, and stuff like that takes a lot of time to finish, but I can assure you - you won't be disappointed.

Hey Flippers,

Not gonna lie - everyone knows Luxury DLC got a bit delayed, and that's because we got carried away while creating the content for it and decided to add a few more houses than intended. But, let's face the truth - it's going to be the biggest DLC yet, and we need to make sure it's perfect.



We're not giving you the date just yet, but worry not - we'll share some more details on that soon. Meanwhile, here's a little giveaway to make the wait more bearable:

We are working extremely hard on the recently announced Pets DLC, and we would love to share with you some of the progress we've made since the official announcement back in March.

First of all, we want to show you 2 of the new ranch-style properties that will make an appearance in the newest DLC.



One of them is a well-equipped summerhouse located by the river. The cottage has a great view from the terrace, right on the new, freshly designed environment, also visible in the background. We will tell you more about the surroundings in the Pets DLC in one of the next Development Updates :>



The second property is located in a clearing. It is a single-story family home with a spacious double garage.



We also had a little bit of a discussion with our community regarding the rabbit house we’re working on. We prepared 2 versions, and we need your help with the decision.
Would you like to see the bunnies live in pet houses (Option A), or a fancy but closed cage (Option B )? We would probably go for option A, but we'll leave the choice to you.



The last thing we would like to mention is the new furniture for the dining room, kitchen and living room. We feel like the style fits perfectly into the atmosphere of a DLC related to pets.
