The game was updated to version 1.0.0.4 and you can play Meca-English freely from the main menu.
In addition Meca-English does not have Steam DRM and you can run it anywhere, the purpose of this dlc is to provide an interactive means to learn English and air, land and water transports.

1. Open the game folder in steam
   
2. Copy the Meca_Data folder and the Meca.exe file
   
3. Paste into a usb or anywhere and go.
   

The purpose of Meca-English is to learn the language of English by writing transports, aerial, terrestrial, and aquatic.
