Community Poll - Changes to wipes!
Hello Survivors,
We are currently discussing internally about wipes and how often they should be. There’s a few reasons to wipe more frequently and typically we would only wipe between seasons.
Obviously sometimes seasons can last more than 2 months - and we want the game to remain fresh for all players. There are some things to take into consideration including, which progress to wipe and looking after our PVE players where wipes don’t really affect them as much.
We wanted to reach out and get some feedback on how wiping will look in the future. Firstly I’d like to explain the types of wipes.
[h3]Types of Wipes:[/h3]
Soft-wipe
- All servers (Except PVE) wiped of all structures and claims
- All items from Global Stash removed
- All items from Survivor Exchange removed
- Characters Items Removed (Except PVE characters)
- Currency Reset (Includes PVE Players)
- Missions Reset
Hard-Wipe (Season Start Only)
- All servers (Including PVE) wiped of all structures claims
- Levels / Currency / Experience / Stats / Character Items Reset
- All items removed from Global Stash
- All items removed from Survivor Exchange
- Missions Reset

- Soft-wipe (except PVE) before the first weekend of every month
- Soft-wipe (except PVE) before the first weekend of every second month
- Hard-wipe Only (Keep wipes the way they are at the start of every season)
