Megacity Builder News

I'm making a new 3d city builder. It will have all the features of Megacity Builder only more. It will also take advantage of modern hardware.

I've been making city builders now for almost 10 years. I never take any features out only add to them. This game is going to be huge.

The game is in the early stages right now. I'm modeling the buildings one by one. That is going to take a while. Writing the code will go faster.

What are you looking forward to in my 5'th city builder?

'm working on a new city builder. I have a screen shot of it. It is in the early stages so far.

What would all of you like to see in it?

New update. The game is basically bug free now.

Only a rare Z order bug and a rare terrian editing bug are left. They do not effect game play in any way.

These bugs are also very hard to fix.

The Z order bug can not be fixed with code alone.

I'd have to redo all of the game assets.

But this is basically a bug free game now as far as I am aware.

Tell me if any of the translations are messed up.

I've rewritten the draw engine. This should make the frame rate more stable. It also opens up the possibility of much larger maps in future updates. Not that the maps are not already huge.

Also I've made interface improvements based on feedback.

The game should be more enjoyable now.
