That’s why we decided it's time to take our cooking skills outside![/p][p][/p][carousel][/carousel][p]From Kitchen to Backyard[/p][p]After spending countless hours you spending on perfecting dishes in our professional/sometimes less kitchens, we wanted to give you something completely different. This expansion is all about outdoor cooking experience – the smell of charcoal, the sizzle of meat on hot grates, and the satisfaction of nailing that perfect char. For the location we pick southern weather as it is always sun, dry air and warm evenings. So for all of us who do not enjoy this weather and vibe daily because we leave in colder places it would be a nice moment to remind warm summer evenings - for those who are luck one to live with the sun daily it will be place for rest and relax after the day.[/p][p]We've built a brand-new BBQ restaurant that is equipped with everything a grillmaster needs. Gas grills, charcoal grills, fryers, most popular dishes, fridges full of tasty ingredients and  totally relaxing climate.[/p][p]The atmosphere is truly like home and evening with friends. [/p][p][/p][p]It's All About the Meat[/p][p]We didn't just want you to throw some burgers on a grill and call it a day. This DLC introduces meat preparation techniques that let you control crispiness, tenderness, and aroma. You can prepare your own steaks and burgers from scratch, glaze ribs , huge brisket which always makes me happy, or fry up some seriously crispy bites.[/p][p][/p][p]What You'll Be Cooking[/p][p]We've packed this expansion with authentic BBQ recipes and fresh ingredients:[/p]

You adding some sauces or sides all to make your customer happy or just enjoying pure grilling. From time to time you will get some nice wall instruction like the one we put next to charcoal grill. However we you are out for the day and feel a bit more like you do not care about mess around you can throw things, burn the m - of course accidentally - the worst case scenario you can burn this old unused house outside the fence. No worries no one will hurt. [/p][p][/p][p]BBQ Mechanics[/p][p]We've spent a lot of time making sure the grilling and frying mechanics feel authentic and that you can check your craftsmanship. You'll need to manage your meat, time your flips, apply glazes at just the right moment, and pay attention to those crucial details that separate good BBQ from great BBQ.[/p][p]Sometimes there will be burnt edges. But there will also be those perfect moments when everything comes together and you serve up a plate that looks like it came straight out of a BBQ competition.[/p][p]You may ask hey where is the knife - so we said lets make nice burgers and just because cutting them was challenging in other DLC’s and (Cooking Simulator 2 will bring huge change here) we said to ourself lets focus on grill not cutting. Hope so you will find it good solution. On the other hands textures on meat or wrapping them in paper and putting to fridge to mature - wow it is satisfying.[/p][p][/p][carousel][/carousel][p]More Than Just Flipping Burgers[/p][p]As said it's a whole new way to play, with different challenges, techniques, and that special satisfaction that only comes from cooking with fire.
