The secret announcement: Cooking Simulator is coming for VR in 2020!
We don't have any details regarding platforms and exact release date but we promise to keep you updated :)

Let's start the month with one more free update. This time we're introducing the Leaderboards!

Ever wanted to prove that you are the best chef around? Well, now you can! Pick an order and take it to the kitchen. No distractions, just one simple goal – serve the best dish you can, as fast as you can. Based on this performance, the game will calculate your score and place you on a leaderboard (each recipe has its own). Become an expert at one dish or master them all!

Give it a try and keep practicing. We might have a nice surprise for the best chefs!

There's a new patch available. Mostly fixes for bugs caused by the recent updates:

• Fixed collision detection for tables in the Classic Kitchen
  
• Modern Kitchen fryer knobs now turn properly
  
• Improved collision detection and placing items for Modern Kitchen
  
• Improved button performance for upgrading dishes
  
• Fixed bug related to carrying objects after placing containers on the microwave in Modern Kitchen
  
• Fixed bugs related to Chicken Wings
  
• From now on the metal crates in the Modern Kitchen's pantry won't burn
  
• Improved sponge performance
  
• New animations for Win and Defeat screens in the Cooking with Food Network DLC
  
• Achievements related to money can no longer be unlocked in Sandbox (I'll hand it on the wall, 100 bucks, 1000 bucks, 10 000 bucks, 25 000 bucks)

That's in total: 14 new recipes, over 30 new products and igredients, 4 new decorations 1 brand new kitchen and countless performance improvements!

And we promise not to slow down! We already have more content updates scheduled for this year and for 2020 :)

As promised, we're not slowing down with the free content updates. Today we're releasing our roadmap's first milestone - modern kitchen update!



Modern kitchen allows for playing both Career and Sandbox mode but keep in mind that career progress is separate for both kitchens :)


It also allows for using all the decorations from previous free updates:
- 4th of July
- Mid-Autumn Festival
- Oktoberfest
- Halloween
