Mick Gordon is donating his fee for Atomic Heart to humanitarian aid for Ukraine

Mick Gordon, the composer on games like 2017's Prey, the Doom reboots, and the new Wolfenstein games, has been hard at work on upcoming BioShock-like Atomic Heart, but he's not keeping the money for it. In a post to Twitter earlier today, the veteran videogame musician announced he's going to donate his fee for the game to the Australian Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal, in order to "use [his] work as a means to help those affected by the conflict" that began when Russia invaded Ukraine almost a year ago...

Atomic Heart system requirements

What are the Atomic Heart system requirements? You won't need weird dystopian tech to run the sci-fi FPS game, and its PC specs are fairly lightweight. While the shooter seemingly blends elements of Fallout and Bioshock into a new package, even slightly older gaming PC builds should be able to play Atomic Heart without much issue.

Even more Atomic Heart gameplay shows exploration of the USSR facility

With the Atomic Heart release date right around the corner, we're still a little in the dark as to what the Far Cry and BioShock-inspired FPS game will actually be like to play in the moment, and exactly what the sci-fi nightmare version of the USSR will be like to explore.
