Today's patch added the following:

• Added crafting recipes for juggernauts (giant automatons with the sentinel and demolisher character classes) and mummies (which start off in the mummy warrior class, but can change to any human class).
  
• Added quest to obtain the juggernaut recipe
  
• Changed loot tables to drop the crafting materials needed for the new recipes
  
• Localization updates
  

Today's patch added the following:

• Added a Kickstarter backer's character to Al-Ramliyah, who provides a unique bonus
  
• Added a Kickstarter backer's character to Al-Hajar
  
• Added a tavern to Ellismuir, with a Kickstarter backer shopkeeper
  

A couple recent patches added the following:

• Added more invisible blocking zones around Sunrise Falls to prevent unwanted falls into the water
  
• Added day/night variations to the Kickstarter backer memorial level
  
• Started adding Kickstarter backer NPCs and dialogs
  
• Fixed longtime bug that described Control attacks as Heavy Weapon attacks in tooltips from the character sheet
  

Today's patch introduced the following:

• Fixed normals on some materials used in graveyards and ruins
  
• Added Kickstarter backers memorial level to the second snowy world map.
  

A couple small patches over the last few days added the following:

• Added a blacksmith to Icy Reach. He will sell you crafting supplies and a few new recipes.
  
• Characters from Sunrise Falls appear in a couple places later in the game, with some new dialog that hopefully closes some plot holes.
  
• Japanese localization updates.
