Vehicle Presentation - Introducing the Chevrolet Napco 3100

Old-Timers is a DLC coming out April 30th on PC, Xbox One, PS4, and Switch. We're excited to present one of its new vehicles - the Chevrolet Napco 3100! Old-Timers includes a brand new map, the Rocky Hills, and two new vehicles.

Vehicle Description:
The Chevrolet Napco 3100 is the little truck that could. Take care of it and it will serve you for life, and maybe your children's, too. Go on and take it out for some rock crawling in the new Rocky Hills map!

Game Stats:
For a scout vehicle, the Chevy Napco 3100 is a tank, with its 350 points of damage. The 80 liter tank serves well for all the thirsty work this one will do.

Strengths:
Lifted suspensions and a sturdy frame makes it great for maneuvering rocky terrain, and although other vehicles have access to it, the ability to transport both garage and repair points with the new attachment is a big bonus.

Weaknesses:
Not many. Maybe dragons.

Attachments:
  • Bumper - Cosmetic
  • Garage Parts - Carries 80L of Fuel and 1 garage point
  • Light Bar - Cosmetic
  • Repair Supplies - Carries 80L of Fuel and 150 repair points
  • Scout Trailer - Carries 80 repair point and 1 garage point
  • Spare Wheel - Carries 60 Repair Points

Vehicle Presentation - Introducing the GMC DW950

Old-Timers is a DLC coming out on April 30th, and we're excited to present one of its new vehicles - the GMC DW950! Old-Timers includes a brand new map, the Rocky Hills, and two new vehicles.

Vehicle Description:
If you need versatility and utility, the GMC DW950 should be near the top of your list. With the ability to attach a long list of various trailers, this veteran hauler is most at home on the road, unlike its sibling truck, the Western Star 6900XD.

Game Stats:
With 600 points of damage, The GMC DW950 knows how to take a hit and keep going. The 330L fuel capacity lets it keep going well into the sunset without a break.

Strengths:
Due to its armory of attachments and sturdy build, the GMC DW950 will have a solution to most of your problems, as long as it can keep its wheels on a solid road.

Weaknesses:
Although the GMC DW950 is a king on the road, off-road is outside its area of expertise.

Attachments:

Announcing Free DLC - Old-Timers

MudRunners, get ready to fire up your engines, because the Old-Timers DLC arrives on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Switch on April 30!

We’re delighted to announce this third free DLC for MudRunner. Explore the wild new map, the Rocky Hills behind the wheel of two new vehicles from the 1950s – the Chevrolet Napco 3100 (1957), and the GMC DW950 (1952-1954).

These grizzled old veterans can’t wait to show you what they’re made of. And who said you can’t teach old dogs new tricks? As a scout vehicle, the Chevy Napco 3100 brings two brand new attachments: the loaded cart log (exclusive to the Rocky Hills Map), and the scout trailer.

And if you're looking for versatility, look no further than the GMC DW950. The king of attachments, the GMC is able to equip a ton of different attachments to suit your needs.

Keep in mind that the Old-Timers DLC does not require the American Wilds expansion, but if you do have American Wilds, don’t forget to try the attachments from that on the new Old-Timers vehicles!

The Rocky Hills map continues to take inspiration from the American Wilderness, providing a beautifully raw region of rocks and pine where pickup trucks are truly in their element.

We'd also like to give you guys a quick update on MudRunner 2. A week ago, we showed the game off to journalists at our yearly event What's Next, and it was a real pleasure to see your reactions to our pictures from the presentations (https://twitter.com/PlayMudRunner/status/1116317472657825792). There should be more news from journalists in the coming days and weeks, so hold on to your hats!

Thank you, and keep on truckin'.

Community Update - 27/02/19

Hi everyone,

It’s time for a new community update about MudRunner and what we have planned for the future.

We know that many of you are wondering if MudRunner will see more content added or if the next step is the release of MudRunner 2. We’re happy to confirm that we have a new free DLC planned for MudRunner.

We’ll unveil more details about this DLC in the upcoming months but you can expect something similar to the various free DLCs already released for MudRunner, such as The Ridge or The Valley.

Most of the team is now focused on the development of MudRunner 2. During Focus’ yearly press event “What’s Next”, much more info will be shared about the game. As some of you noticed, although it was originally scheduled for February, it has been moved to April 10-11. We’re sorry about this but it’s ultimately for the best, as we’ll have a lot more to show in April.

MudRunner Community Survey

Today, we’re happy to share this community survey, that we’ve prepared to get your feedback and suggestions about the future of the MudRunner franchise.

Click here to answer the MudRunner Community Survey.
You'll need about 10 minutes to fill out this survey. We'll close it in two weeks.

We want to be completely clear that the purpose is not to get a list of features for MudRunner 2. The development of MudRunner 2 is going great, and most features have already been locked down. We can’t wait to share more about that with you all!

The purpose of this survey is for us to get to know all of you a little better, for the benefit of the overall MudRunner experience, franchise, and future. Please do not interpret these questions as indications of what might appear in MudRunner 2.

The survey should take 10 minutes to complete. These questions have been chosen based on all your feedback since the launch of Mudrunner, be it from the Forums, Discord, Steam, or elsewhere.

Please share this survey with your MudRunner friends. Thanks once again for your passion and dedication to improving the MudRunner experience!
