Bus Driver Simulator News

It's going to be added to Career Mode, just like we planned, but it needs more routes and at least one gas station (by the way, it will be in exact same location as it is in real city). There will only be one Garage in Cologne, in contrast to Serpukhov. Your career progress will be transferred between cities.

You can see current progress on the map below. Red streets are already in the game, and green ones are in development.

The key feature of this update is online radio. If you're tired of driving without music, you can select any radio station, set up the volume and listen to Russian chanson, pop music or worldwide famous hits. By default, radio can be turned on by pressing V, adjust volume with Up and Down arrow keys and change station with Left and Right arrow keys (alternatively, you can use mouse to do these actions by turning on mouse cursor and making any necessary changes). And even this is not everything: if you don't like default Radio Stations list, you can add your ones by editing Stations.txt file which is located in "Bus Driver Simulator 2019_Data\StreamingAssets" director



Another important thing about this update is European Minibus, which was fully reworked. Now the model is much more detailed and realistic.

• Added online radio with possibility to switch between stations and change volume without stopping. You can also create your own list of stations.
  
• European Minibus DLC was fully reworked and now it's way more realistic.
  
• Now number of passengers directly affect behavior of player's bus.
  
• Added specifications like mass, engine power, seating capacity etc. for every bus in Garage.
  
• Now player will be fined for driving with door open.
  
• Tweaked some obsolete text in Tutorial.
  
• Player can receive money from passengers only when they're inside the bus. Before you could get the money and immediately close the doors. In such case, the place in bus was considered as occupied whild passenger was still at the bus stop. This update prevents these situations to appear.
  
• Fixed problem causing player to be able to refuel while on route. The bug could be reproduced by calling a tow truck while at refueling point.
  
• Rear view mirrors now turn of if you play on lowest settings. It allows players with very weak PCs to get a good performance boost.
  
• Increased number of passengers in "Morning route" scenario.
  
• Action suggestions is now shown near mouse cursor instead of screen center.
  
• Increased traffic lights brightness.
  
• Fixed problem with taillights on Vector causing them not to appear in Garage. Also, fixed problem with second door on the same bus.
  
• DLC buses are now shown in garage. Also, now you can buy them without exiting the game.
  
• Career deletion button no longer plays sound on hover if it's inactive.
  
• If DLC bus was selected during last play session, but now DLC is not in your garage (for example, if it was disabled in Steam), no bus will be selected, just like on the very beginning of the game. Also, it fixes the bug which allowed you to refuel infinitely by disabling the DLC.
  
• Other minor fixes related to minimap, some objects on map etc.
