Today we have prepared a small update, which contains the following changes:

- Smuggler has left the world of WTLOnlinе, and all New Year's decorations have been removed from the game. Gift cards have also been removed;
- Balaclava heads have been added to the customization menu for female and male characters, with the option to choose the color of the balaclava. These customization options are paid. Using a balaclava may not match or cause problems with other things in the game due to the shape of the balaclava itself;
- Fixed flaws in the design of the location "Sonlnechniy Outskirts";
- Fixed a problem with the inappropriate time of daylighting in the locations "Sonlnechniy Outskirts" and "Forestry";
- Fixed design flaws in the "Eastern Territories" location (Giant Cave Spider habitat);
- Fixed some design flaws in the "Coast" location (crocodile habitat area);
- Fixed some design flaws in the "Canyon" location.

Cards can be collected immediately after the update is released, and their appearance in the game will stop on January 9, 2024 at 23:59 UTC. As per tradition, all cards and the Smuggler himself will disappear after the campaign ends. All gifts received from the Smuggler will stay with you (including purchased items). New Year's bundles will be removed from the store along with the Smuggler.

We have released a minor update 0.57.10 with the following changes:

• The heads of male and female characters have been updated in customization. We changed the heads that were least popular, making them better. More choices will never be redundant!
  
• Fixed an issue with the lack of hostile NPCs in the Swamps location. Quests can now be completed.
  
• We have changed the minimum required to deal damage to explore the Goliath. Thus, they will be able to be looted by slightly more players than before.
  
• The game has switched to the most recent anti-cheat from Epic Games (which many big games like Fortnite, Squad, etc. are using at this time). If for some reason you have problems with the automatic installation of the anti-cheat module, you can reinstall it manually. The anti-cheat installer is located in the "EasyAntiCheat" folder in the directory where the game is installed. Use the file EasyAntiCheat_Install.bat.

Today we've rolled out a small but important update, with changes to the "Canyon" location, as well as changes to the balance of events in the "Drone Arena" location.

Let's start with Canyon. The guide at the North Outpost now takes the side of the attacking faction, changing the safe zone accordingly. So, for example, if the Northern Outpost belongs to the Black Sunset faction, the safe zone of the guide will be for the Confederation faction and vice versa. Players of other factions (and without factions) will be unable to take this safe zone and dying will fall into sector A1 - the entrance to the location through the "Swamps". Similarly, the entry point in sector C6-5, known among players as "rags", has changed.



This change was discussed by us in our Discord community and generally received a positive reaction. Thus, we expect that these changes will improve gameplay in the location "Canyon". We would like to add that the faction of these transitions to the location will not be displayed visually: it is clear that it is opposite to the faction of the outpost.

As for the "Arena of the Drones" - we see that the number of players in the "Arena of the Drones" has increased. We believe that this is a positive result. However, at the same time, the increase in the number of players leads to the fact that the events in the "Arena of the Drones" have become quite simple: not all players have time to get the desired prizes and awards, as the life of drones is too fleeting. While some players don't have time to fight this or that drone, other players have enough free time to create discomfort for others. We decided to slightly increase the vitals of some drones to make them stronger. In the meantime, we found out that armor wear was not counting correctly for some types of drones as expected - this has also been fixed.

Mr. Nuke-Pumpkin has left the Will To Live Online universe, and with him, traditionally, all gift cards have been removed from the game. All amulets are now removed from the game at the end of events (as well as gift cards). As such, all amulets have been removed.

With it, we have released a minor update with the following changes:

• A special sound effect is now applied to voice chat when a character is wearing a gas mask or respirator, and when a character is intoxicated;
  
• Silencers now reduce damage by 20% instead of 25% as before. The increase in accuracy remains the same, by 10%. A 10% recoil reduction effect has also been added;
  
• Symbiot in the Bunker location is now an event that is available to multiple players up to level 30;
  
• The "Kill Symbiot" clan quest is now available up to level 30 and can be canceled;
  
• Fixed some anomalies not displaying correctly when using the drone;
  
• Hornets' head of Canyon now has less weight, a higher drop chance, and a higher price
  
• Small improvements were added to the design of the "Swamp" location.
