Update 1.0.0.13 is out!



Main Features

1. Digital Shield! Players will unlock this new shield at level 5. Players above that level will need to play one more game to unlock it.
   
2. Hit markers for where the ball is going to land.
   

Full Changes

• Fixed a lot of different crash scenarios
  
• Parties will now show you up to 6 party members.
  
• QBR stat is better calculated now.
  
• Punts timed out will count as a new down, also enemies can steal the punt ball.
  
• Fixed issue that caused the classic ball to get the incorrect material.
  
• Mouse sensitivity on the options menu now works properly, as well as invert mouse.
  
• Much better responsiveness with the shield, as you can now hold the mouse button down to pre-shield before the play.
  
• Developers in-game will show as red text.
  
• Some typo corrections.
  
• D-Pad Up is the controller voice command.
  
• Nameplates hidden on a forward pass.
  

Hey Gridiron!

We're excited to release Emotes to you guys, and a brand new character called The Phenom.



The Phenom is a free unlockable and has no level requirement.

The team has added the following emotes:

• Bicep Flex - Free Emote, unlocked by default
  
• Point Forward - Unlocks at level 4
  
• Cut It Out - Unlocks at level 8
  
• Chop - Unlocks at level 18
  
• I'm Waiting - Unlocks at level 23
  
• The Robot - Unlocks at level 28
  
• Chicken Taunt - Unlocks at level 62
  

Here is the full changelog for this update:

• New Character, The Phenom! Players will have access to this character by defaullt.

• Punt Return Should now give 6 points on touchdown instead of 2.
  
• Players should be able to move after kicker selects kicking power during field goals.
  
• Limited blocking at the start of a snap to only be on the 5 yards after the line of scrimmage, until a pass or rush has been made.
  
• Fixed Bug When throwing the ball during a safety.
  
• Fixed a few issues with how formations work.
  
• Fixed Ball Catch not sounding on some instances.
  
• UI should reflect properly who is muted now.
  
• Fixed a few issues with players snapping the ball on yard 1 and causing a safety, also formations wont go past the endzones.
  
• Free Camera now snaps the player character to view rather than the view to the player's orientation.

We've released another patch for Gridiron. We've focused on bugs with gameplay rules this update.

• Removed UI bug on Esc screen that showed loose prompt on training mode.
  
• Disabled voting buttons of esc menu on training.
  
• Added several hacking protections.
  
• More checks to avoid people from dive sliding.
  
• People should experience the coin toss UI stuck much less often.

• Added 3-4 formation.
  
• Vivox should now show your real name instead of a modified one. Also some fixes related to voice chat.
  
• Fixed more issues with kicking. Renamed kicking to punt.
  
• Added Punt Return and FG-Block
  
• Removed Special 1 and Special 2 Formations.
  
• Now during punt and field goal, after setting the kick power, the ball will appear closer to the kicker.
  
• Fixed an issue that caused the ball to be out of bounds and the play to not end.
