Aim Lab Update 0.94.8 - Aim Lab x Valorant 2

We’re at it again with VALORANT Challengers, and bringing you a new Aim Lab x VALORANT Combine! That means new prizes, new tasks to test your skills, a new player card, and even an exclusive task by Sentinels pro TenZ await you!

And if that’s not enough great VALORANT content, you can also check out the all-new VALORANT profile page under the “Profile” section in-game, where you’ll find our first steps towards breaking down your VALORANT stats and putting information and practice options all at your fingertips.
The Combine
Consisting of four new tasks and an exclusive task by Sentinels pro TenZ, this new combine will test your skills in both aggressive and defensive situations, as well as your peeking and precision - And as with before, you’re ranked on your plays and get a nifty player card once you complete the combine!

To accompany this - We are also giving 100 lucky winners a chance to win $25 by sharing your player cards - To enter, all you need to do is share your player card on twitter with the #AimLabCombine tag, and of course to give us a cheeky follow!

Not a fan of Twitter? Don’t worry - there are prizes in-game too!

The top 5 winners in each main task will bag themselves a tidy $100 - And the top 5 on TenZ’s task will win a Sentinels jersey - signed by TenZ himself!

And for those of you out there looking to give it your all - The top 5 players on top of the overall leaderboards will be winning two tickets each for the VALORANT NA Last Chance Qualifiers event!

The combine will run from August 11th to August 25th, and will end at 5:59 EST on August 25th, so be sure to get your hours in!
The Tasks

VCT Haven Short Entry
This task focuses on your entry skills, peeking and map awareness - Targets appear all over the entry line in common positions and shoot back if you overexpose yourself. Peek carefully, peek quickly, and push forward.
VCT Split Angle Hold
Holding an angle and knowing how far away from an angle to hold for your reaction time and abilities is critical in any defensive role - And that’s something this task will stress test. Waves of three targets will rush across your screen towards a kill box, and your job is just to kill them.

Sounds simple - But don’t let that fool you. Get your lineups right and go for gold!
VCT Breeze Headshot
VALORANT isn’t all about the close range engagements - Long angles and sightlines come with their own set of challenges, and no map highlights this more than Breeze.

This task will pit you against a single enemy going from Breeze B main to B site, taking three bodyshots or a single headshot. Aim for the head and take your time.
VCT Bind Wallpeek
Defending a site can be tricky, especially when you want to stick it to the enemy team. That’s what this task will help you with - Defend your site from attacking enemies, and try not to get shot.
TenZ Haven Clutch
Take a walk in the pros shoes - Relive a clutch moment from TenZ first hand!

This task pits you on Haven A Site and floods you with constant targets - When one dies, a new one will spawn.

Experience the tension that can only come from a clutch situation, and develop your skills until it becomes second nature.
VALORANT Profile
Are you a VALORANT player looking for statistical insights in order to improve? Good news: our VALORANT profile is here! When you connect your Riot account to Aim Lab (if you haven’t done so already), we’ll start pulling your match data in order to help you see how you stack up.

This is the first step towards building deeper statistical insights within Aim Lab so everything is at your fingertips, and you can go straight from analyzing your performance to practicing with just a couple clicks of the mouse.

Let us know what you think!
Creator Studio updates
Added a Score Bonus for Time Remaining, and a penalty for time elapsed option for creators

Added a new “Bot switch on kill” modifier

Added new lighting objects

Added a new w”Min/Max” elevation option for the Sphere behavior

Added a new Hitbox multiplier to modify damage to different hitboxes (Head, Body, Legs)

Added a new scaler option for Headshot bots to allow separate scaling of the Head and Body

Aim Lab Update 0.94.7 - The Search Update

Search is here! Gone are the days of spending half of your training in menus or struggling to find that one task - Now, with the new search functionality, you can access any of the 10,000+ Tasks, Playlists and Scenarios right from the main menu!
Search
Many of you have been asking for us to cut down on the amount of menus you need to travel through to get to where you want to be - So we decided to cut out the middleman entirely!

The new "Search" functionality will allow you to search for any task, playlist or Scenario directly from the home screen - That means no downtime, no waiting, and no fuss! This feature will be available for all players with 0.94.7 - All you need to do is type the name, or any part of the name of a task, playlist or scenario in the new search bar and click to play!

You can also quickly tap CTRL + F in any menu or at the end of a task to open the search bar anywhere!
Kill and Spawn sounds
Alongside Hit sounds, you can now set a custom "Spawn" and "Kill" sound for all tasks! To set your new Spawn and Kill sounds, go to settings -> Audio and toggle them on, then set the sound up however you like and hit save - It's just that easy!

But what are new sound options without new sounds to go with them? Well, no worries - This update brings a whole host of new sounds pre-loaded into Aim Lab for your customisation needs! No longer are you stuck with the clanky sounds of the default metal hitsounds!
Tracking Tasks Update
Many of you have been enjoying the recently created tracking tasks - Reactivetrack, Startrack, etc. Well, we wanted to make sure you had the most bang for your buck when it comes to training - All five new tracking tasks now have a Speed and Precision variant! That means you can now play Arctrack, Startrack, Reactivetrack, Spheretrack and Spheretrack90 in Ultimate, Speed or Precision modes - Along with their own leaderboards!
New Visual Settings
You’ll find some new options in the “Visuals” settings this update - Namely a new Shadows option and a new Override option for workshop tasks

The new “Shadows” setting will give you the ability to enable or disable shadows globally, and the new Override setting will allow you to override a creators colour settings to ensure that a task is perfectly suited to your preferences!

Along with this, you will also find some new skyboxes and skybox settings - From the beautiful new Galaxy skies to a solid colour skybox for those desiring simplicity, the new settings have something for everyone!

And for creators - These new skyboxes are immediately supported within Creator Studio tasks, so you will be able to select from any of the new skyboxes for your own creations!
