Update Unity project from 2018 to 2020

Server:
Games tab added to server.
-The games tab has been created to automated the setup steps some games require to share data with DashPanel. Where automation isn't possible instructions are provided.
-If you have previously setup a game to use the Game Port you may need to configure the game again as now each game that receives UDP data has its own port setting in place of the global Game Port previously used.

Support for GT7 and GT Sport.
Fix: Reset map was not working.
Fix: Low fuel decimal would continue showing decimals after fuel level went back up.
Fix: Improvements to fuel calculator.
New widget: Predicted lap time.

Server: Now able to locate install folder for games that have been moved using Steam.

Fix F1 22 UDP mode.
Add F1 22 layout.

Note: If the server is unable to find your rFactor based games install location automatically you will need to update the plugin files manually as described in this guide:
