This is Zhenhao. I am the designer of Chinese Parents. Today is the first Anniversary
of our game, though we’ve just included the English localization in June this
year. Since then we have received massive feedbacks from you. My team and I really
appreciate it, and want to say a big thank you to you all.

We’ve put a lot into this game with love. Definitely there have been quite a few
rooms for improvement since it was firstly released. But every time we hear
from you, we are excited and motivated by your kind words as well as valuable feedbacks.
Without your support, the game won't take form like what it is now.

I'd also like to share that we were once concerning that people might not enjoy
the game due to the cultural gap prior to the English support release. We were more
than happy to find that the reception was way better than expected. And it was so glad to see you discuss Chinese culture in the community, from which
we’ve learned as well more about other cultures. And that was totally
refreshing.

All in all, we will keep working on updates to the game with help from Coconut
Island Games, and hopefully even more players will like this game.

Today is the 1st Anniversary of Chinese Parents. To celebrate this special day, we would like to tell you that Chinese Parents is also 36% off from 8pm, 28th September to 8pm, 8th October (PST).
In this build, the update includes the regular career update and a time-limited special system, the Family Treasure system. Below are the details of today's update.

• This system will be unlocked on the 12th turn, then you can follow the tips to hunt your family treasure!
  
• 9 pieces of treasure map await you
  
• This special system is only available from now to 31st October in 2019
  

• Available after entering a new generation or start a new save file
  
• Add a new NPC and new stories
  
• 14 new traites and skills
  
• The new career will be available after entering a new generation
  

• Fix the problem that some lines exceed the text box

This time, we are going to introduce a new special system in the coming update, the Treasure Hunt System!



In the new build, you will find that the dad suddenly become very serious, and tell you there is a BIG SECRET in your family! To find your family treasure, you need to collect all the treasure map pieces!

It has been a while since the last update, the reason is that we are preparing the special update for the 1st anniversity of Chinese Parents!
