March 19th update for [Mobile Empire] steam version:

1. Reworked the UI, changed the art style to resemble high tech design;
2. Improved the rendering image for all mobile phones;
3. Improved the concept art for all mobile phones;
4. Improved the character icons;
5. Added some new mobile phone images.

1. Updated every player avatar;

2. Updated every staff avatar.

1. Changed UI Color tone and improved UI visual effect
2. Replaced a portion of the background icons
3. Remade the phone design drafts
