[What is MEGA MAN X DiVE?]
The newest entry in the hit action series Mega Man X makes its way to Steam!
Strengthen your characters and weapons with a variety of powerups to make them all your own. Then test them out in the side-scrolling action of ""what-if"" worlds in Mega Man X!

We're looking into an issue where the frame rate performance may suffer upon initial launch when the game fails to acquire the monitor refresh rate information.

While we continue to investigate the matter, you may be able to DIY-fix the issue by editing the RefreshRate option within the Config.ini file by following the steps outlined below.

*Please make sure the game has been fully shut down.

1. Open the "Config" file from the folder below using a text editor such as Windows Notepad:
   
   Mega Man X Legacy Collection
   　C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mega Man X Legacy Collection\
   
   Mega Man X Legacy Collection 2
   　C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mega Man X Legacy Collection 2\
   
   Note the directory above is the default location. The path may differ if you changed the drive letter or manually modified the game install location.
   
   
2. If you see "RefreshRate=Unknown", change it to "RefreshRate=60.00Hz" and save the file.
   
   
3. Launch the game and verify performance

Once again, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

A new patch has been deployed today with the following fixes/changes:

- Fixed an issue where the game may crash when connected to a high refresh rate monitor.

- There were instances where the game did not function correctly when connected to a high refresh rate monitor that offers numerous resolution options. This has now been addressed.

This patch should improve or eliminate stability or launch issues that were dependent on the connected display device.
