Story Mission, Unique and Backpack Adjustments (V0.233)
1) New Side Story Mission
Find Mr Moore inside Dallbow PD and complete the brand new side-story missions chain that offers unique rewards and a new experience. Keep the music on!
2) New low lvl 1 attachments and upgrades
The new blueprint book is now available in the game allowing to craft a new range of lvl 1 attachments.
3) Unique items adjustments
Some uniques were either too bad or not serving their initial purpose, so we adjusted their stats a bit in order to make them slightly more appealing in contrast to the other uniques introduced recently.
4) Backpack stats changes
Some backpacks were simply too cumbersome while the others too good on average.

Melee
Last Wish: Nerfed HP penalty by half and IDR penalty by a quarter.
Black Star: Nerfed attack speed and hp penalty by a quarter.
Monty's Haul: Buffed Search Speed and DVI by a quarter.
Salvaged Keepsake: Buffed DVI and Inventory by a quarter.
Mortician's Scalpe: Increased DVI and Search Speed by a quarter.
Thousand Cuts: Increased attack speed by half.
Shatter Skull: Increased WBD and Weapon Knockback distance by a quarter.
Honour's Call: Increased HP by a half.
Stun Baton: Increased Attack Speed by a quarter. Decreased Weapon Body Damage penalty by 3/4.
Pistols
Lead Slinger: Added Weapon Attack Speed bonus.
Proud One: Buffed attack speed by a quarter.
Big Snake: Slightly buffed WHS and WBD and HP bonus by a quarter.
Rifles
Collector's Heirloom: Buffed Inventory by half.
Vengeful's Last Will: Reduced Attack Speed penalty by half. Buffed Headshot and Body damage by a quarter.
Shotguns
Hallowed Defender: Buffed WBD by a quarter. Added DVI bonus.
SMG(s)
Manticore: Nerfed penalties by half.
Assault Rifles
Crossfire: Buffed WBD and WHS by a quarter. Added DVI.
Armor
Covert Vest: Added sneak speed stat.
Scrap Hulk ABS: Removed movement speed and attack speed penalties. Slightly nerfed hp bonus.
Hats and Helmets
Watchman's Cap: Buffed search speed and headshot damage by a quarter.
Red Band: Buffed reload speed by half.
Appraiser's Glass: Buffed search speed by half and reload speed by a quarter.
Somnabulist's Visage: Buffed Noise radius reduction by a quarter.
Smoke Eater's Helm: Buffed Burns Chance by half.
Slugger's Visor: Buffed attack speed by a quarter.
Iron Knee's Bandana: Buffed DVI and DVM by a quarter.
Scrap Hulk Helmet: Removed Attack Speed and Movement penalties. Nerfed HP by a quarter.
Forsaken's Bloodied Face Bandages: Reduced all penalties by a quarter.
Pants
Silent Slacks: Removed Sneak Footsteps Noise radius. Buffed footsteps noise radius by half. Increased sneak speed by a quarter.
Karate Pants: Added Damage Resistance Bonus and Jog speed.
Iron Knee Shorts: Added Inventory Capacity bonus.
Forsaken's Bloodied Lower Rags: Reduced Bleeding Chance, Burn Chance, HP and IDR penalties by a quarter.
Scrap Hulk's Reinforced Jeans: Removed Movement Speed and Attack Speed penalties. Nerfed HP by a quarter.
Gloves
Watchman's Touch: Buffed search speed and headshot damage by a quarter.
Beast Hunter's Grip: Buffed body damage by a quarter.
Finder's Mitts: Buffed Search Speed and Find Unique by half.
Iron Knee Knuckles: Buffed DVI and DVM by a quarter.
Scrap Hulk's Gauntlets: Removed Movement Speed and Attack Speed penalties. Nerfed HP bonus by a quarter.
Shoes
Night Feet: Removed Sneak Footsteps Noise radius. Buffed footsteps noise radius by half. Increased sneak speed by a quarter.
Biohazard Boots: Slightly buffed resistances and hp.
Iron Knee Sandals: Buffed Jog Speed by a quarter.
Forsaken's Worn Shoes: Reduced IDR penalty by 75%.
Kid's backpack.
Reduced movement speed penalty to -1%.
Backpack.
Reduced movement speed penalty to -2%.
Cycling Backpack
Reduced movement speed penalty to -3%. Buffed Inventory capacity to 35%.
Daypack
Reduced movement speed penalty to 4%.
Military Daypack
Buffed Capacity by 5% (45% total now). Penalty is reduced down to 4%.
Rucksack
Buffed Inventory to 60%. Reduced movement speed penalty to 7%.
Large Rucksack
Reduced movement speed penalty to 10%.
