the 4th maintenance date after the end of the event period.
After the exchange period is over, you can't exchange the items anymore.
You can remove the blocked Forgotten Title Abstract by sending ticket to GM team.

We are writing to inform you about an important update to our policy regarding Multi-Client usage in Scions of Fate, aimed at enhancing your gaming experience.

● Basic Policy:

The core policy remains unchanged. A pop-up message will still appear when attempting to open more than the allowed number of clients.

• IP: Maximum of 5 clients
• PC: Maximum of 2 clients

This policy is in place to prevent potential issues related to account spamming, abuse, or hacking incidents.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Similar to our handling of VPN usage, which is categorized as an unsupported issue, Multi-Client usage will be treated in the same manner.

● Policy Changes:

Previously, exceeding the allowed number of clients resulted in automatic penalties. However, based on player feedback, we understand that this has caused difficulties, especially for those engaging in party play. Therefore, we will no longer penalize players for using Multi-Client as long as it does not negatively impact the game environment.

● Important Notes:

• We strongly discourage the use of third-party programs or bypassing internet restrictions, as these actions can lead to negative consequences.
• If a player creates multiple accounts to exploit the game system or abuses game mechanics, we will ban the account and IP address.

Please note that issues arising from the use of Multi-Client may be classified as "unsupportable issues."

● Exceptions:

While we will not actively sanction Multi-Client usage, if this allowance is abused (e.g., excessive client usage or monopolizing hunting grounds), players will face penalties.

● For Players Previously Banned:

If you were banned for Multi-Client issues, please submit a ticket. We will investigate and unban accounts that did not cause harm or violate rules. This does not guarantee an automatic unban.
