Recently, we have received few tickets regarding M&A. After careful investigation, there were updates on M&A system after the version-up update.

Please check details below :

1. [Master]
   • Attribution point will remain when M/A relationship has been canceled.
     (Attribution point will not reset)
     
   • Master will still receive the benefit according to the level and attribution point when M/A relationship has been canceled.
     
   
   
   
2. [Apprentice]
   • Once you have a new master, can receive the benefit according to Master's M/A level.
     
3. [Etc]
   • M/A level and the point will reset to both characters using Skill Transmission.
     
   • M/A level and the point will reset when you cancel the relationship.
     
   • If your master becomes an apprentice to other character, M/A level and the point will reset.
     

• Loading page will be added after the maintenance.

• ASC 4 characters will be able to join C.C.R Crest after the maintenance.
  
• Autumn Warrior costume will be fixed.
  
• Hero(F) costume will be able to enchant/enhance after the maintenance.
  

• Events for returning players & newbies.
  
• Events for everyone else.

Recently, we are receiving ticketes that certain players are spreading false information on SOF staffs again.

Since this activity can result in a negative influence on SOF community, we would like to inform players that

1. GMs do not ban a player without clear evidence.
2. GMs do not "give" items to players for personal benefit.

Players will receive items from GMs ONLY when there is:

• rollback due to system error
• hacking/scamming incident

Please be aware that Netgame highly suggests players avoid following activities as it can lead to penalties.

17. Members may not Engage in any "disruptive behavior" that is deemed to
include, but is not limited to, conduct that purposely interferes with the normal
flow of game-play or interferes with the usage of other Members use and their
enjoyment the Games.

ii) Behavior: Behavior that intentionally detracts from others' enjoyment (such
as harassment, Insulting Netgame image, racism, insults, sexual verbal insult
etc.) is unacceptable. We expect our players to treat each other with respect,
and promote an enjoyable environment. Acceptable behavior is determined
by player reports and Netgame's decision, and violating these guidelines will
result in the account and gameplay restrictions.

vii) False report: While we encourage you to report players that are behaving in a disrespectful manner, falsely eporting another player with the sole intent of restricting their gameplay is also unacceptable and will result in penalties to your account.

viii) Spamming: Spamming can lead to penalties.
(REFUSING TO ACCEPT MANAGEMENT JUDGEMENT, SENDING TICKETS
OVER AND OVER AGAIN, ETC)

In addition, to manage tickets with efficiency GMs will not respond to tickets
that include rumors on GM without enough evidence. Tickets can be closed without notice.

Dear SOF Community,

One of the servers was unstable due to an unknown error 30 min ago.
Thus, many players might have experienced difficulty connecting to Earth1,2 and market place.

For now, we have fixed the server problem and players will be able to log in to game now.

Sincerely apologize for the inconvenience situation.

We hope players are enjoying the journey to ASC 4 so far.

GMs are currently scheduled on a developers conference
meeting this week.

The main purpose of our conference meeting will be a
discussion about the topic of major current issues which
needs to be concentrated on.

In order for us to increase the quality of our games,
we believe it is important to take this opportunity to meet
developers and discuss future plans for our game.

However, this meeting will need traveling that time will be
consumed during the process.

Thus, it is very unfortunate to inform you that the lounge
ticket reply will be delayed.

We sincerely apologize for this issue and highly suggest
for players to send us a ticket next week.
