Event period: November 26 - December 9, 2020

• Festive Decorations
  
  • Happy Thanksgiving, Adventurers! In-game airdrops and elimination box appearances has been changed to Thanksgiving turkeys
    
• Thanksgiving Daily Missions
  
  • During the event, complete daily Thanksgiving missions by playing one game in the Event mode to claim a box for random Thanksgiving exclusive rewards, including a rare AK47 weapon skin, accessory, portrait, 100 E-Points, and more
    
• Coin Shop and EP Store
  
  • Added the holiday exclusive "Thanksgiving Box" in Coin Shop, open the box for random rewards including an epic Thanksgiving-themed M4A1 weapon skin, 100 E-Points, Adventurer Character trial cards and more
    
  • This Thanksgiving, we're discounting weapon skins for the first time ever: introducing the Black Friday Sale- 20% OFF on all Weapon Skin Supply Boxes in EP Store, make sure to check them out!

• Fixed: In the team lobby, pressing the ESC key will now return to the main lobby instead of leaving the team

Welcome to the latest official patch notes for Ring of Elysium. Here are the full details:

Please note:
Ring of Elysium’s live servers will go down for maintenance for approximately three hours at:
● Pacific Time: November 4th, 23:00 to November 5th, 2:00
● UTC/GMT: November 5th, 7:00-10:00

During the maintenance period, the game will not be available and ongoing games will be interrupted directly. Please be sure to finish all matches before the above time to avoid any issues. Thank you for your patience and understanding.


[h3]Adventurer Season 11- DAYBREAK[/h3]

• Adventurer Season 11 officially kicks off! Unlock the Adventure Pass for brand-new Adventurer Characters, play to rank up your Tiers, earn more than 100 in-game rewards, and 1500 E-Points back!
  
• The Adventurer Pass spans over the 10-week season and is a way for players to earn exclusive in-game rewards. By playing the game and ranking up the seasonal Adventurer Tier, players will unlock various rewards, including:
  
  • E-points: The S11 Adventurer Pass rewards include a total of 1500 E-points! Players can spend 950 E-points to unlock the Pass and earn 1500 E-points back when they reach tier 97
    
  • Adventurer Characters (does not affect game balance)
    
    • There will be three Adventurer Characters in this season. All characters have a variety of unlockable styles, and will gradually unlock as the player's Tier increases their Adventurer Pass
      
      • Clark (Base Character Preview)

  • The Pass is separated into two parts:
    
    • The Free Pass - all players can obtain rewards by ranking up their Adventurer Tiers without any payment
      
    • The Adventurer Pass, which is available for 950 E-Points. E-Points are a premium in-game currency obtained with real-world money via Steam payment (1000 E-Points is equivalent to $9.99 USD)
      
  • As always, none of the rewards in the Adventurer Pass affects game balance, and all unlocked rewards stay forever

• Added a “Start matchmaking” button in the game lobby
  
• Removed the Weapon Skin Supply Box window in the game lobby
  
• Replaced the Exp. and coin boost text with corresponding icons in the game lobby
  
• Added a “Play again” button at the end of game statistics interface
  
• Optimized the function of ESC key under certain interfaces
  

[h3]Tutorial[/h3]

• After entering the game for the first time and picking new player/veteran status, players will automatically start matchmaking
  

[h3]Coin Store[/h3]

• Added brand-new items in the “Coin Store”. Including weapon skins, traversal equipment appearances, vehicle appearances, portraits, and accessories
  

[h3]S11 Supporter Rewards[/h3]

• Introducing “Supporter rewards”! Purchase any amount of E-Points during Season 11 to claim a supporter reward pack at the Event Center, rewards include an Epic Groza weapon skin, an accessory, and a portrait
  

[h3]Daily Limit Supply Box[/h3]

• Updated the rewards in the Daily Limit Supply Box with 6 weapon skins, 2 vehicle appearances, and a set of traversal appearances
  

[h3]Adventurer Pass Owner Exclusive Supply Box[/h3]

• Adventurer Pass Owners will be able to claim a FREE chest every day at the EP Store, which contains random rewards including weapon skins, vehicle appearances, portraits, E-Points, and more
  

[h3]Leaderboard and statistics reset[/h3]

• With the launch of Season 11, we have reset the leaderboards, player ratings, and all personal statistics. This will continue to happen at the start of every new season
  

[h3]Battle Buddy- Season 11 Update[/h3]

• We have reset the rewards of the Battle Buddy invitation system and all players’ Battle Buddy relationships. Players are welcomed to continue recruiting new Battle Buddies in the Season 11 to join your adventures

[h3]Ray-tracing[/h3]

• Added the [Real-time Ray-traced Global Illumination] graphics setting
  
• When enabled, [Real-time Ray-traced Global Illumination] will simulate real-life light propagation, which presents more realistic and detailed lighting and shadow effects
  
• [RTGI] hardware requirements:
  
  • NVIDIA RTX series graphics cards can run RTGI at a higher framerate
    
  • In non-NVIDIA RTX series graphics cards, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6G and above models (such as 1070, 1080, etc.) can also run RTGI, but the framerate will be slightly lower
    

[h3]DX12 Client[/h3]

• NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 and 3090 users can now enable the DX12 client
