A wild new round of Public Testing has appeared, and we would love to get your feedback on it!
To opt-in, right-click the game in your library, click properties, betas and select the Public Test branch. Then install and play! Don't worry, you can still swap back to the main game without losing progress.

- Added Farm timelapse to end of round screen.
- Added Elite enemies that appear in increasing frequency after year 3.
- Surplus - a short mode after defeating the final boss to flex your farming power and gain more cornucopias and increase your score. Unlocked after year 3.
- Cat Plushies - Collect cat plushies to gain permanent stat bonuses.
- New stat: “Homing Pigeon” - Chance for the pigeon to return when used.
- New stat: “Jump Start” - Chance to gain a charge immediately after using a tractor.

Balance, Changes & Tweaks[/h2]
- Removed ambient vegetaskulls (purple skulls) from later years.
- Improved victory screen.
- Improved selecting cats in the Atomicats UI left panel with mouse.
- Player can now press and hold to buy tier 1 cats, upgrade cats and reroll cats.
- Cat UI now remembers the selection of 'Upgrade' and 'Reroll' button so they can be spammed.
- Victory screen art varies based on year.
- Balanced season harvest reward requirements
- In the victory/game over screen, the online/local leaderboard tab selection state will be remembered between runs.
- Renamed 'Motivator' to 'Carrot Tractor' Carrot Tractor rework - new description: "Become invincible for 2 seconds. Energizes all friends and turrets. Holds two charges. Summon a new Carrot Tractor as another Carrot Tractor is dying for bonus invincibility time."
- Balance - Reduced player's hitbox by 30%.
- Balance - Reduced speed of all Beeson and clamped their max speed so they will no longer snap back to the group at unreasonable speeds.
- Balance - Toned down bat movement in later years.
- Balance - Reduced luck's effect on health drops.
- Balance - Limited max number of slugs that the Slug Boss can spawn.
- Balance - Megaton Tractor can no longer kill some tree monsters in one hit.
- Balance - Reduced heart beet drop chance each year.
- Balance - Snail boss - Increased knockback distance required for snail boss to break away from consuming crops.

Bug Fixes & QoL Improvements[/h2]
- Bug Fix - Maybe fixed a bug that would cause some enemies to spawn next to the player, leaving no time to react. If it still happens, please let us know!
- Bug Fix - Fixed possible bug that would cause Beeson to lag behind the group, and snap back to the group at high speeds.
- Bug fix - Fixed misplaced tree in the farmhouse.
- Bug Fix - Drones and friends will no longer attack bats that aren't aggro.
- Bug Fix - Art - Fixed sorting issues with some cats.
- Bug Fix - The player can no longer receive damage when the boss warp hole grabs the player.
Patch 1
- Reduced elite enemies health by 25%.
- Desert and plains starter zones can only have a maximum of 1 elite enemy.
- Ants display correct cornucopia cost to upgrade.
- Adjusted Cat Mod Challenge stats to increase difficulty.
Patch 2
- Balance - Added 10% beet drop and increased luck on Spring Cat Mod (the one that removes invincibility after damage) to help offset the added challenge.
- Split elite enemies into two variants - shielding and vegetaskull casting. No elite does both.
- Entering Surplus Mode with Hotwire removes Hotwire but adds a tractor charge for each health. Balance - Reduced elite skull speed by 20% Bug Fix - Surplus mode can no longer go on forever - surplus crop growth boost does not apply to trees and meter depletion rate ramps up faster.
- Bug Fix - Can not longer die in surplus mode.
Patch 3
- Added permanent bonus for beating year 10 with all cat mods on.
- Bug Fix - Carrot Tractor now displays correct invincibility duration.
- Bug Fix - Possibly fixed bug that would cause elites to spawn skulls and shields. Let us know if it still happens.
- Bug Fix - Cat plushies were not spawning if dandelion was unlocked.
Patch 4
- Ornithumpters can no longer be shielded.
- Surplus mode drops way more cornucopias.
- Added cat plushie stat bonus details to cat UI.
- Added achievement art (not animated yet).
Patch 5
- Reduced Alien Abduction achievement from 12 farm animals to 10.
- Balance - Cat mods have less effect on bulls health and quantity.
- Bug Fix/ Balance - Health drops decrease 30% by year 10 instead of increase 50%.
