Patch 1.3.0.7 Add speed run leaderboard

Add campaign speed run leaderboard ( if you already started your campaign, the time will be estimated and is generally overestimate, if you aim for best spot in leaderboard, we advise to restart the campaign using options/reset campaign)

Local co-op one player can play with keyboard/mouse other can play with controller now supported
Reduce global audio volume.
On PC only - Add the ability for p1 uses keyboard and p2 use controller.
Fix problem where the game becomes non responsive if controller is disconnected and reconnected during Pause menu open.
Add backup turret pickup item to make sure players never miss it.
Rearrange enemy for better gameplay flow
