Hello everyone, this is the Ironsight Team.

The 2021 Winter Update includes some brand new outfits that are not just designed to protect against the harshest winters, but to also blend into the snowy, frosted landscapes it leaves behind.

The gun range has also seen an upgrade, with a new mini-game being added allowing you to warm up your aim, and challenge your friends.

Winter products from last year have also made a return, so if you missed out on anything last year, you’ve now got a second chance.

[h3]1. Gun Range Mini-Game [/h3]

• A brand new mini-game has been added to the side of the Loadout Gun Range
  
• Targets will continuously pop-up for 1 minute, with the pace quickening every second!
  
• Aim for the head! Headshots are worth 2 points and body shots are worth 1. Be on the lookout for Snowmen as they are worth double points!
  

[h3]2. Winter Items[/h3]

Hello everyone, this is the Ironsight Team.

Codename 7 will be active starting on the 16th of December.

The new Season 7 Battle Pass consists of 100 tiers, filled with a variety of equipment from Ironsights secret agents, and including two new weapons (the HK416 assault rifle and the P30 pistol), an Epic Bowie Knife, emotes, costume parts, unique skins, and even one of the materials needed to obtain the brand new Royal Jester AK-12 Collection Weapon.

Season 7 also introduces the newest mode, Gun Game (Solo). This is an FFA mode and can be queued for through the matchmaking quickplay system.

In addition, the team has revisited some of the decisions that were made when Ironsight was first developed regarding new accounts, and as a result some changes will be made to improve the experience for new users. For example, all items that were initially given to new accounts temporarily will now be permanent, and loadout's have been adjusted to make it easier for new players to adapt to the game. We will continue to make such improvements in the future.

Furthermore, the team are also currently making various efforts to increase the enjoyment of all players, and providing more content for them to enjoy. Among these efforts are the new Gold Attachment Challenges that have been added for all the players who have been seeking a new challenge and goal to work towards.

Ranked [Solo] Season 7 will return to it's former format, with teams of 5 players queuing up individually. This season will also see the removal of the Win/Loss Streak Bonus/Penalty, as a result of player feedback. [h2]4.New Collection Weapon[/h2]

Collect one of the three materials for the Royal Jester AK12 (the City M39 EMR) by reaching level 95 on this seasons Battle Pass.

[h2]5.New Account Support[/h2]

• When a new account is made, it will now receive permanent weapons instead of 7D weapons (K2C, MP5, DSR)
  
• The Female Custom Character is now unlocked by default on new accounts
  
• The Hawk and Frost mercenaries are now unlocked by default on new accounts.
  
• Default emotes have been changed
  
• Some bullets [7D] have been provided and equipped to loadout's by default.
  
• Default loadout skills have been adjusted to better suit the AR, Sniper, and SMG default loadouts.
  
• These changes apply only to new accounts.

[h2]6. Gun Game[/h2]

• Gun Deathmatch has been changed to Gun Game in the Quick Match menu.
  
• Gun Game mode is now a FFA mode (Previously it was a Team Mode)
  
• There are now 3 weapon lists. When a Gun Game match begins, one of the weapon lists will be selected at random to be used for that match. This is to help improve the variety for Gun Game mode.
  
• Killing an enemy with a melee weapon no longer grants you an additional point. However, enemies killed by a melee weapon will still lose a level.
  

[h2]7. Attachment Achievements[/h2]

Attachment achievements have been added, and completing all 5 tiers of an attachment's achievement will reward you with a gold version of the attachment.

Male Face variants can now be purchased directly, and more options have also been added to increase customizability

• Rank Season 6 rewards will be given after the maintenance

• The lobby has been updated to fit the theme of Season 7
  
• Box opening events such as the Collection Box Event are no longer displayed on the main lobby in the event display.
  

Ranked Season 7 is about to begin!

Season 7 will return to the previous format of Ranked [Solo], with 2 teams of 5 players coming together to battle for Ranked Points.

Season 7 also see's the removal of the Win/Loss Streak system, which made it difficult for many users to raise their scores in previous seasons.

In addition to Ranked [Solo], Ranked [Duel] and Ranked [Clan] will continue to run as Off-Seasons where you can claim experience and various daily rewards, but there will be no end of seasons rewards for these 2 Off-Season Ranked Modes.

- Inactivity penalty after 7 days.
- Abandoning a game will result in a temporary restriction in joining ranked matches again. This time will increase for repeat offences.
- Leaving a game early will count as a loss.

Users that partake in actions that violate basic game rules will automatically be excluded from receiving any rewards. This includes the use of glitches, bugs, map boosting, use of 3rd party programs and hacks, etc

Punishable Activities

• Account sharing (For example, letting someone else play on your account in order to achieve a higher rank)
  
• Refusing to participate in the game, or going AFK.
  
• Intentionally losing or throwing the game.

  • Moving to another clan with the intent/purpose of playing against your original clan.
    
  • Using alternate accounts under one clan in order to raise the score of another clan that you belong to.

Battle Pass Details

• Access the Battle Pass in the bottom right corner of the main lobby screen. Here you can inspect all 100 tiers and check your current progress.
  
  
• The Battle Pass can be bought by itself or as part of a bundle package which comes with more tiers already unlocked.
  
• The base Battle Pass comes with 3 tiers unlocked and can be bought for 9,900 W coin, whereas the bundle comes with 20 tiers already unlocked and can be bought for 24,000 W coin.
  
• These tier unlocks are applied to your current progress when buying the Battle Pass. For example, if you are currently on tier 7 when you buy the base Battle Pass, you will unlock 3 tiers and instantly be boosted to tier 10. If you are on tier 20 when you buy the Battle Pass Bundle, you will unlock 20 tiers and instantly be boosted to tier 40.
  
• After buying the Battle Pass, you will have the option to purchase as many tiers as you want using Chips. (Each tier costs 15 Chips)
  
  
• Each tier costs 15 Chips to unlock.
  
  
• You will progress through the Battle Pass as you earn XP in Ironsight. The bar at the bottom of the Battle Pass screen displays your current progress.
  
  
• You can also check your Battle Pass progress at the end of each game on the Match Results screen.
  

[h3]Battle Pass FAQ[/h3]

Q : How do I activate the Battle Pass??
A : The free course of the Battle Pass will be automatically activated on all accounts. In order to activate the paid course, you will need to purchase the Battle Pass in-game with W Coins.

Q : What is the difference between free tiers and paid tiers?
A : The paid course provides rewards for all 100 tiers whereas the free course only provides rewards for select tiers.

Q : If I purchase the Battle Pass, do I still receive the Free track rewards?
A : Yes, if you purchase the Battle Pass you will receive the paid rewards as well as the free rewards.

Q : What happens if I decide to buy the Battle Pass later?
A : If you already made progress in the Battle Pass before deciding to buy it, all previous paid tier rewards will be unlocked instantly when you purchase the battle pass.

Q : Is it possible to continue progressing in the Battle Pass after the season ends?
A : No, the Battle Pass is only available for a limited time and once the season ends, the Battle Pass will no longer be active and the remaining rewards will no longer be obtainable.

Q : Will I keep the Battle Pass items and be able to use them after the season ends?
A : Yes, you will be able to keep and use all items that you have earned in the Battle Pass even after the season has concluded.

Q : Are the items obtainable in the Battle Pass exclusive?
A : Yes, all items are exclusive to the Battle Pass and cannot be obtained in any other way.

Q : Are there any extra rewards available after obtaining all Battle Pass rewards?
A : Once you have completed tier 100, there are no extra rewards available.

Q : Do all skins in the Battle Pass come with a special reload animation?
A : No. Special animations are only available for some skins. If you would like to check if a weapon comes with a special reload animation, please test it out using the gun-range.

We hope you are ready because Season 7 is just around the corner! Let's take a look at the new Battle Pass, as well as the content and updates coming with the new season.



[h3]1. Battle Pass Season 7: 'Code Name - 7'[/h3]

Meet the secret agents of Ironsight in this seasons Battle Pass, containing 100 tiers of covert weapons, skins, charms and more!

[h3]2. Gun Game[/h3]

The team based Gun Deathmatch mode is being replaced by a FFA version called Gun Game in the Quick Match rotation. Gun Deathmatch isn't disappearing though, and can still be enjoyed as a Custom Game setting. Progress on the Gun Deathmatch achievements will also carry over onto the new Gun Game mode.

Season 6 will end on December 8th. Once the Season has concluded, you will no longer be able to progress the Battle Pass or play Ranked matches. All Battle Pass skins (excluding the base Kar98k, Luger, Mace, and Thompson weapons) will no longer be obtainable so make sure to unlock everything on the Battle Pass before the 8th!
