You can quickly fire it to your target to reposition or counter the boss, or wait for the right moment to use the secondary fire: the charged shot. With its damages based on the amount of bullets you have left in your magazine, it goes well with a perk increasing the mag capacity. Beware of the downside: it consumes the entire mag and has a short delay before shooting.

The main fire deals massive damage, even without aiming, making it perfect for quick, reactive shots in close-to-mid-range combat.



Holding right-click lets you fire multiple rounds, increasing your chances to hit moving or distant targets.



After each shot, reposition to stay unpredictable. Swansong rewards mobility and smart angles.

The shotgun is not a forgiving weapon. It thrives in the chaos of close quarters, where hesitation is fatal. Don’t even think about using it at range—leave that to the rocket launcher (we’ll deal with that beast later). Every shot, every shell, every step must have purpose. Use your grapple to close the distance fast, aim for the weak spots, and leave nothing but devastation in your wake.


This is no spray-and-pray toy. Artifact rewards precision and timing. Miss your shot, and you’ll be staring down a boss that has no mercy for your mistakes. Its slow reload demands discipline—waste a shell, and it might be your last. The blink of an eye is all you’ll get, so don’t miss your opportunity to strike.
