Crew

Update 2.1.4 introduces two new unique pilots to the game, as well as an in-game event allowing you to receive these pilots.
Unique pilots have been added. You can receive them very soon by completing the chain of combat missions:
- Soviet pilot Vasiliy Pavlov, trained for the Lavochkin La-5 aircraft. This pilot not only allows you to survive longer in battle thanks to the decreased risk of fire and damage taken form AA guns, but also has perfectly mastered the control of the legendary La-5 aircraft, seriously improving its characteristics.
- Japanese pilot Akira Akane, trained for the Mitsubishi A6M5 Zero aircraft. An inborn samurai, aimed at dealing maximum damage to enemy planes, not only on the A6M5, but also on other Japanese aircraft.
- Each pilot belongs to a certain nation and has a specialization, i.e. pre-trained for a specific aircraft.
- Unlike the standard skills set, each pilot has two unique skills:
- New skills have special names and replace the two passive abilities of standard pilots.
- One skill is tied to the aircraft the pilot was originally trained for and will not work when retraining to another aircraft.
- The second skill is universal and will work on any aircraft.
- Unique skills cannot be reset, i.e. pilots always have them and points are always put in them according to value.
- The cost of resetting skills is indicated on the basis that points invested in unique skills will not be refunded upon reset.
- A unique pilot can be retrained for any aircraft of the corresponding nation.
- If the pilot is in the barracks, a special barracks bunk is shown in the Personal File instead of the standard one.
