For a limited time, the Tower of Barbs is going to grow some unique mushrooms!

During the event period, “Bronze Snowcap”, “Silver Snowcap”, and “Golden Snowcap” mushrooms will appear in the Tower of Barbs!



These unique, seasonal ‘shrooms restore some weapon and equipment durability when eaten. A mysterious (yet extremely helpful) effect indeed!

During the event period, you can take on special quests that will reward you for collecting Snowcaps!

How to accept quests:

Head to the Waiting Room to enter the Fountain, then talk to Naomi Detox at the Hated Arcade counter or use the Superscope 703 to start the quests.

At long last, it's here! Version 4.0 with a major update!

Honestly, I was convinced there wouldn't be any more big updates... This is all thanks to all you senpai who have continued playing the game! Thanks, y'all!

After years of hard work, a new area is finally releasing: the NEO D.O.D. area! The NEO D.O.D. area is a brand new high-difficulty area where all enemies are significantly strengthened. It's a high risk, high reward challenge that adrenaline junkies are bound to love.

By the way, it seems that you can't challenge the NEO D.O.D. area unless you've reached TENGOKU 100F, so if you haven't done that yet, go conquer TENGOKU first! I'll be waiting!



[h2]1) NEO D.O.D. Area Revealed![/h2]
Event Period: 11/29/2023 (Post Maintenance) - TBD

After the maintenance on 11/29, for those of you that have made it to Floor 100 of TENGOKU, you’ll be presented with an escalator on Floor 51 that leads to the NEO D.O.D. area.



The Neo D.OD. area coming this patch is an extremely challenging area where all enemies are significantly strengthened, even by TENGOKU standards. Within the area, all D.O.D. armor and weapons will receive a large faction bonus buff to their stats. It is highly recommended that players bring all D.O.D. equipment when stepping up to this challenge. But select your items carefully before climbing up these floors; there will be a limit to the number of items you can take in your Death Bag.

Of course, with an immense challenge comes immense rewards. Within the area, players have increased chances of obtaining rare D.O.D. ARMS metals, and the equipment obtained here is of similar quality to that of TENGOKU floor 100.

*Other faction stages will also be releasing in future updates.





[h2]2) White Steel (HELL) Unleashed![/h2]
Event Period: 11/29/2023 (Post Maintenance) - TBD

The Neo D.O.D. area features a new difficulty of a returning boss: White Steel of the Four Forcemen can now be fought at the "HELL" difficulty! He'll appear every 10 floors that you progress within the NEO D.O.D. area.



Defeat this high-difficulty Forcemen for rare items and new blueprints!

Unlike other difficulties, the "HELL" difficulty has no battle fee and no time limit during battles. However, if you are defeated, there will be a corpse retrieval cost.



[h2]3) Armor Skins In Shop![/h2]
Event Period: 11/29/2023 (Post Maintenance) - TBD

You'll now be able change the appearance of your Fighter's armor!

Armor Skins will be sliding into Let it Die with Version 4.0! The ability to set armor skins can be accessed by speaking to Kommodore Suzuki at the Choku-Funsha. You'll be able to select any armor enhanced up to +4 as armor skins, letting you conquer the tower with flair!

Armor skins only change the appearance of the armor. The performance of the skin will be the same as that of the armor you have equipped.



The status of your armor skins can also be checked in the Option Menu. Armor skins can only be applied to the Fighter currently in play. Please note that "Armor Skins" will not be reflected on some screens, such as the floor results.
