With only two days to go, we would love to see more screenshots for this competition, and it would be great to use them to spread the word about eSail. In particular any multiplayer action would be great!

All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their Steam name and screenshot being used for publicity purposes.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random, or in the event that the promotion is being judged the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the runner(s)-up selected by the same judges.

This new update fixes a number of small issues:

1) When jumping to race start in eSail multiplyaer racing, sometimes you could end up on the rocks at the end of the race start line. eSail now jumps you close to the middle of the start line.

2) We now prevent game restarts in time trials as well as races. This helps avoid reconnection errors. We now also have a 15 minutes max pause for time trials.

3) Time trials can now be run in Multiplayer +12h. This should make it easier to avoid playing at night!

This February / March we are running an exciting new series of Live Sailing challenges to take place in the Northern areas of the Shearwater Islands. The challenges are for Master Explorers and may have some more difficult / advanced situations.

The challenges will be listed inside eSail (Live Sailing Challenges) and on the eSail Live Sailing Web Hub. We expect there to be one race each week (midweek evening). The races will be added to a new Northern Series leaderboard. As normal we will give points based on your finishing position (see below for full competition rules).
