+ Small update to hopefully fix a crash people have been experiencing when loading in to tables

+ NEW A FOLD action has been added to your available preselect options.
Choosing this will immediately fold you on your turn, without confirmation.

+ NEW Mousing over your PSR in the top bar (and your profile) will now generate a tooltip with how many Standard hands you have left to avoid PSR decay. Note that if it doesnt mention any hand requirements, you have reached your minimum amount.

+ A number of issues related to old hand replays have been resolved
+ Opening multiple hand replays in a row with the same room theme will no longer remove that theme from view.
+ Shootout entry table prize lists will now indicate "Advance to Next Table" as the first prize instead of an empty line
+ Home game creation popup has been extended vertically to fit all available options more cleanly
+ Home game owners can now see/edit whitelists from table info popups without having their table loaded in view. eg., from the Lobby
+ Fixed issue where the WHITELIST/UN-WHITELIST option would not be available for table owners when clicking eliminated players in the table info Players tab.

+ Fixes to mouse cursor when over textfields and child windows
+ Fixed issue where dragging child windows coudl become unresponsive if custom cursors were turned off
+ Giving focus to a private chat window should now properly give focus to its input field
+ Closing a private conversation will now remove any lingering input text
+ Hitting Escape when a child window has focus will now close that window
+ Dealer chat bubbles are now slightly smaller at 9-player tables
+ Clicking anywhere within a 2up/4up table view will now give focus to that table for chat, sounds, etc
+ WHITELIST / UN-WHITELIST has been added to table info player context menus in the players tab for table owners
+ A few minor bug fixes here and there
