+ dealer position on 9-player tables shifted down so their hands touch the felt
+ Fixed: 9 player tables would send dealer messages as a mix of [Dealer] + []
+ Fixed: A number of animated themes were not being reported as "Animated" in their preview popups
+ A new system has been put in to place to help alleviate missing game assets when player network speeds are below normal. If a table asset fails to load, an embedded backup will be used as a replacement. This applies towards backgrounds, tables, and chairs.
