Tonight at 19:00 CET, get ready for an Assetto Corsa Competizione Livestream Preview Event! We’ll be joined by content creators, beta testers, real drivers and developers as they check out the all-new BMW M4 GT3 2022 in Assetto Corsa Competizione, as well as Update v 1.8, launching tomorrow on PC.

We have a big week coming up in the land of Assetto Corsa Competizione on PC and we’re here today to tell you more! Get those race boots and race gloves ready, we’re going racing again!

[h3]UPDATE V 1.8 COMING NOVEMBER 24TH[/h3]
Firstly, we’re excited to announce that Update v 1.8 is launching for PC on November 24th. The team at KUNOS have been working flat out behind the scenes to bring an update to game that improves your sim racing experience in a multitude of ways. Here’s a rundown of what you can expect, but stay tuned for the full changelog next week:

* BMW M4 GT3 2022 as free DLC
* Unreal Engine update (v 4.26)
* NVIDIA DLSS implementation
* AMD FSR implementation
* Physics engine and tyre model updates

As mentioned above, our latest PC update also brings the highly anticipated BMW M4 GT3 to Assetto Corsa Competizione. Thanks to this collaboration with BMW, we're excited to introduce this ultimate GT3 weapon to our sim racers!

- Fixed an issue with Logitech TrueForce steering wheel LEDs.
- Fixed an issue with TrueForce wheels preventing ACC from shutting down properly on Steam after exiting.

1.7.14:
- Updated Fanatec SDK.
- Fixed an entry issue when playing the 2020 Championship.
- Various minor livery-related fixes.

Three games are free to play on Xbox systems this weekend.

The games are Battlefield 5, The Elder Scrolls Online, and Assetto Corsa Competizione.

Battlefield 5, like Assetto Corsa Competizione, will be free to try until Sunday, August 29 at 11:59pm PT, which is 2:59am ET and 7:59am BST on Monday, August 30.

- Bonus Fanatec-Bentley livery.

GAMEPLAY:
- Fixed duplicate entries in Sprint Championship mode.

UI:
- Fixed scaling and alignment issues with the updated pedal widget.
- Fixed double highlight of certain items in the Game Mode menu.
- Fix an inconsistency in rating readouts (might require further backend update to take full effect).

GRAPHICS:
- Minor livery fixes.
