Happy New Year!

Good news everyone! We are finally done with the pirates level!
Perhaps we will expand it somehow later, but even now it is bigger than the previous ones.



Lustful pirates, hot beauties, sharks, kraken, skeletons and of course treasures!



What's next?

At the moment there are 2 new levels in production at once - Vampires and Science Fiction.
Soon we will be able to tell more about it!







Oh sad ...

Obviously, we do not have time to finish the game on Valentine's Day, as originally hoped. Therefore, in order not to mislead anyone, the release date will set as TBA (announced later). We want to release the game with a good set of levels, and then add some new ones in future updates.

Adult content and censorship

The game is erotic, but we would like to keep the age rating M (18+). Therefore, the AO version will be available on Steam as a free DLC.

Devlog #3

Slowly but surely


Hello! The development process is still in progress, although not as fast as we would like. Also it was decided to rethink the basic concept of the game a bit to make it more exciting.

Good news - we try to work with one more talanted artist, who managed to follow the art style. It will speed us up greatly in case of success. The music for intro and the “School of Magic” is also ready, it suits the game perfectly :)

Anyway, we hope autumn will be more productive, and we will be able to share news more often.



Gameplay changes, new UI

Initially, a very simple game mechanics was planned. There are 10 items at each level that you need to find, and then hand them out to 10 different characters.

The problem was that 10 items were played at a large level ... a bit empty. So we decided to make more items, some of which will be initially blocked. Such items become available only by use of other items, forming a kind of action "chains".

We also had to change the interface and some logic, but it's getting much better! :)



Not all items are visible now in UI (to save a screen space), but only a part that you can "scroll through".

Pirates of Southern Seas

The level is filling with characters. Basically they are pirates :)

Story Comic

Games are based either on mechanics or story. And although we usually prefer the second option, this time the story is not so important. But we don’t want to completely ignore the plot, so we have one!

The story will be in the form of a comic, but it’s not yet decided if it will be animated it or not.

The main character is a beginner Cupid. Cupids should give people love and happiness in all its forms. The hero does not have any supernatural skills due to lack of experience. To get started, the angel mentor advises simply "to finish the picture," in small strokes to push people to happiness.


School of Magic is ready!

The location is approximately 6000 by 4000 pixels.



We still need to choose a musical background, but the author of the music theme for “Christmas Eve in Metropolis” kindly agreed to continue cooperation with us and write music for the whole game. It is assumed that each level will have its own music.
Meanwhile we begin to draw and animate the next level - "Pirates of southern seas"!

New mechanics

In addition to searching for items and characters, there will be a search for "secrets" at each level. These are certain areas in the location, which you have to poke several times with your mouse to get hidden scenes.



Some rooms can become misted and you need to clean it to get a better view :)



We will try to diversify the gameplay with such things.

Yes, it was the missing part in Christmas Eve and now we have it :)



The button is available after cool down timer, and when pressed - the camera moves to the next item or character. The zoom of the camera also became more convenient.

Devlog #1

3-2-1-Go!

Hi! The development of this game is far from complete, so we'll try to keep you informed.

It all began in late 2016. We were a little tired of developing the drama Metropolis Lux Obscura and wanted something more optimistic. So we decided to make a small Christmas card, in the style of children's books "look at the picture and find all the interesting details."

The result was Christmas Eve In Metropolis, and we liked it so much that we almost started to make the full format game immediately. But Metropolis kept us very busy until the release in the fall of 2017 and even after it.



When the question of the full-length game arose, it was necessary to determine something with the levels. Should all levels be in the same setting? But can we think up enough funny scenes for this? Therefore, we decided to make everything as diverse as possible. Each level is a separate world, not connected with the rest. Pirates, vampires, tv show ... Gradually we managed to come up with a dozen locations, filled with all sorts of ... uh ... obscenities :)

And, with the support of the amazing artist Oleg Okunev (Metropolis Lux Obscura, Christmas Eve), we finally started to develop!
 
School of Black Magic

Today we want to tell you about the first of the new levels - the School of Black Magic. It was inspired by the books That-Must-Not-Be-Named. Dumb male students, sexy females, lecherous teachers, perverted elves and various fantastic creatures - oh, you won’t get bored in this school. There is not much time left to studies too.



The planned 30 scenes are already turning into five dozen animations, so we had to increase the size of the location in comparison with the Christmas one.

We will not open all the cards yet, but we have taken a good pace and soon this location will be ready!
