Maintenance will happen during the following times:

Additional Content and System Update
1. You can now choose official Probatio matches by mode.
You can choose between 2vs2 Deathmatch, 2vs2 Conquest, 2vs2 Capture the Flag, 3vs3 Deathmatch, 3vs3 Conquest, and 3vs3 Capture the Flag. The specific map will be selected randomly.
2. 2vs2 All Mode Match, 3vs3 All Mode Match functions have been added.
3. Bell’s Sanctum has returned to the Deathmatch mode.
4. Game flow has been adjusted to move straight to character selection screen after selecting the server at the start of the game.
5. 2 vs 2 Practice Probatio has been added.
6. Inner and Outer Lining of Character and the shadow effect has been improved.

Event Details
- During the Event Period, if you win a PVP match or successfully clear a PVE mission, you will acquire the Winter Is Coming Event item at a 100% chance. (Twig for PVP and Yarn for PVE)
* You will not acquire any synthesis items from Karma Flashback Missions, Karma Acquisition Missions or Custom Missions.
- You can synthesize ‘Winter is Coming’ accessories with the materials you gain during the event.


2. Daily Supply Box Event will start.

- 2019-11-20 After Maintenance ~ 2019-12-04 Before Maintenance
Event Details
- Obtain 1 ‘Basic Supply Box Half Piece’ when logged in for 30 min during the event period.
- Synthesize 1 'Basic Supply Box (Costume)' by using 2 ‘Basic Supply Box Half Piece’.

Bug Fix
1. Fixed the abnormal camera activities when caught by an enemy during PvP.
2. Fixed the error where players were unable to queue for missions if they requested for party to an offline friend.
3. Fixed the visual error of Dance of Wind's Great Spirit's Ascent skill.

Additional Content and System Update
1. You can now adjust cursor speed when using controllers.
2. You will be blocked from mission matches if you cancel 3 PVP missions within 10 minutes time frame as opposed to canceling any PvP / PvE missions. As such, if players are matched to a difficulty level they don’t want, they can cancel the match, and will not be penalized.
However, penalty for canceling PvP missions will also affect PvE missions.
3. PvP / PvE Frame drop has been improved. However, key-guide will no longer show on multiplayer missions.
4. 3 vs 3 Official Probatio has been added.
- In order to find out your favorite gameplay mode, we are going to use the Pre-Season period to test out different options. 3 vs 3 Official Probatio will be one of them. We believe providing the option of 3 vs 3 Official Probatio will be a new fun way to experience KurtzPel.
- Just like the 2 vs 2 Official Probatio, 3 vs 3 Official Probatio will have the option to choose the map of your choice to queue up.
- 3 vs 3 Practice Probatio will continue to stay despite the addition of 3 vs 3 Official Probatio.
5. Additional 20,000 CP will be given to players that reached Rank A - G in Season 1.
- We wanted to give everyone a special gift for acquiring the A - G rank but we realized that many of you felt like your efforts weren't compensated enough with just the Elaum Ores. This is why we decided to give out the additional 20,000 CP to players that reached Rank A - G in Season 1.

Bug Fix
1. Fixed visual bug of other player’s costumes looking stretched.
2. Fixed shadow option not applying when selecting simplified appearance option.
3. Fixed not being able to use emotes when interacting with Mission Maps or NPCs.
4. Fixed being able to use skills immediately without being exhausted in certain situations.
5. Fixed error of increasing rank through re-match.
6. Fixed sound randomly becoming louder when attacked.
7. Fixed not being able to cast Diabolic Witch's Ice Wall in a desired direction.
8. Fixed an error where skills won't be activated at random moments.

All above changes can change due to development complications and when there is a change, we will notify you on the changes.

Hello Chasers!

In order to fix some bugs, we had a client patch on November 6th (UTC+0 07:00)
Please update the game client when you re-start the game.

Here is the list of issues that was fixed in the client patch.

1. Fixed the random crashing error when turning on the Simplify Appearance option.
2. Fixed the error when a male character wears the Gold Ring Sandal, their appearance wouldn't show.
3. Fixed an error with re-binding the Mission Map (M Key) key to a different key that is used for combat would prevent that key from working.
4. Fixed the error with Hawaiian Beachwear making male character's body invisible.
5. Fixed the error with Rebirth Ticket showing limited selection of Eyes and Eyebrows.
6. Improved the error with players' hair and cloak looking stretched in Eltheca
7. Fixed the error with Tutorial AI constantly reviving in certain condition.
8. Fixed the bug that Character's IGN disappeared while simplified appearenace mode.
