The following patch note pertains to contents that will be updated during the (UTC+0) March 2nd, 2022 Weekly Maintenance.
Maintenance will happen during the following times:


[h3]1. Karma Balance[/h3]
[Soul of Magus]
Star Tempest
- Reduced the damage by 35%
Heart Stopper
- Reduced the damage by 25%
[Lightning Fang]
Lightning Drop
- Increased the damage by 60%

[h3]2. System Revamp[/h3]
- Reduced the remaining Rage gauge upon death from 80% to 60%.
- Reduced the amount of Rage gauge gained from being attacked.
- Increased the time being attacked for Mana Evade to activate by 1.5 seconds.
- Reduced the Hold Shift duration to use Mana Evade by half.
- When using Mana Evade, it will use Rage Break motion to make it easier to notice for all players. Furthermore, using Mana Evade will remove all debuffs from the caster and make them invincible for a certain duration to escape the enemy's attack.

[h3]3. Event Mode - Deathmatch[/h3]
- Previous event mode, Conquest will end, and Deathmatch will begin.
- ‘Play Event Battle Mission’ will be added to the weekly quest, and it will reward ‘Emote Random Cube’ when completed.
- Emote Random Cube will reward one of the below Emotes with equal rates.
- Content: Crab Legs, Shuffle, Forgive Me!, Love You, T Pose, Mime, Pop & Lock, Sad, Like, Lit, Dark Meditation, and Salute.

[h3]4. Improvements[/h3]
- Added Mana Evade on ‘Ensher’s Encyclopedia’ and ‘UI and Controls’.
- Improved visibility when you cannot use Mana Evade due to insufficient mana.
- Added Ensher, Crim, and Ethan’s Korean voice lines.
- Improved the character’s dash animation.
- Players can check the contents of the Progression Box without one in possession. Improved the Progression Box preview UI.
- Guild/Friend UI will be displayed on the main screen.
- In the Training Ground, ‘Manage Character’ will be visible as one of the basic shortcuts.
- Mitigated the frame drop in the PVP map, Regenie Monastery.
- Current channel information will be displayed on the Select Channel menu.
- Improved player UI when using skills with additional attack effects.
- When a new mail arrives, players can access the mailbox by clicking the mail icon on the upper left section of the screen.

[h3]4. Bug Fixes[/h3]
- Fixed a bug where equipping a Lv. 0 Karma would prevent players from entering the [Invasion] Abandoned Ruin 2 dungeon.
- Fixed a bug where equipping a Lv. 0 Karma would prevent players from entering the Abyss.

Fixed the bug where Mana Evade UI would flash when entering the Training Grounds.

1. System Change
- Rage Break function will be deleted. Now, you will be able to evade out of aerial combos by using mana.
- When you are being attacked for more than 5 seconds, Mana Evade becomes available. Mana Evade can be used by holding the [Shift] key.
- 80% of Rage Gauge will remain after death.
- Increased the Rage gained from being attacked.
- Increased the time window for Breakfall.

2. Improvements
- Added Far Camera option, Increasing the maximum camera distance.
- Players can send friend requests and party invites with commands.
- When players unlock their first Karma, a guide on switching Karma and skills will appear.
- When an item cannot be equipped, the tooltip will display 'Cannot Equip' and the reason why.
- In the Manage Karma menu, the Karma Unlock UI of ‘Blazing Fist’ and ‘Diabolic Witch’ Karmas, which can be acquired by completing the [New Chaser Guide], will change.

Maintenance will happen during the following times:


[h3]1. System Change[/h3]
- Rage Break function will be deleted. Now, you will be able to evade out of aerial combos by using mana.

Reduced the mana recovery amount by 50%

Hello, Chasers,

Since we added the [New Chaser Guide] on December 29, 2021, players are able to earn ‘Heroic Karma Token (Diabolic Witch)’ and ‘Heroic Karma Token (Blazing Fist)’ by completing the Tutorial. However, there were some cases where players purchased these Karma Tokens in the KP Shop after the update.

Therefore, to prevent any further duplicate purchases, we have decided to remove these items in the KP Shop on February 18, 2022, and issue a refund for all players who purchased them after the [New Chaser Guide] update on December 29, 2021.

At the same time, ‘Heroic Karma Token (Sword Taliah)’ and ‘Heroic Karma Token (Dance of Wind)’ will be removed from the KP Shop. Previously, purchasing these items increased your Karma Level, but after the System Revamp, there was no need to buy Heroic Karma Tokens for Sword Taliah and Dance of Wind as these two Karmas are basic Karmas given to all players. We will issue a refund for players who purchased the above items after the update on October 20, 2021.
