The following patch note pertains to contents that will be updated during the (UTC+0) October 19th, 2022 Weekly Maintenance.
Maintenance will happen during the following times:


[h3]1. Karma Balance (PVP)[/h3]
Dance of Wind
[Raining Arrows]
- Reduced the damage of 1st~4th attacks by 50%
- Increased the damage of 5th~8th attacks by 50%

Soul of Magus
[Shadow Pull]
- Reduced the damage by 15%

Crimson Lily
- Reduced the movement speed during right-click charging by 25%

Wild Spirit
[Blade Fang]
- Reduced the endurance by 34%

[Leopard Strike]
- Reduced the break damage of 1st and 2nd attacks by 34%
- Increased the break damage of 3rd attack by 34%

Dancer of Prophecy
[Soaring Kick]
- Changed to allow Aerial Moving Attack during use

[Gale Tempest Kick]
- Changed to allow evade upon touching the ground if the attack is successful

[Spinning Rush]
- Increased the end lag of the last attack by 0.1 seconds
- Increased the strength to launch the enemy in the air by 25%

Radiant Horn
[Dash Attack]
- Improved hitbox to hit enemies in close range

[Evade Attack]
- Increased the moving distance of the Shoulder Tackle by 100%
- Increased the strength of the Shoulder Tackle to launch the enemy in the air by 50%

[Upward Thrust]
- Changed so that if the enemy dodges the 1st attack, 2nd attack will not activate

[Consecrate]
- Increased the break damage by 100%

[h3]2. 2vs2 Normal Match will be added[/h3]
■ Players can queue for 2vs2 Normal Match while in a queue for 4vs4 Normal Match. Players cannot queue for Ranked Match while in a queue for Normal Match.

[h3]3. Improved Training Grounds[/h3]
■ Improved so that AI will use ‘Mana Evade’ and ‘Rage Skill’.

[h3]4. Changed Tradability of Items[/h3]
■ Changed Emotes obtained from Supply Boxes to be “Tradeable”
- Changed all Emotes (including those that were already obtained through Supply Boxes and Season Passes) to be “Tradeable”


[h3]5. Event[/h3]
■ 2022 Halloween Event
- Event Period: October 19, 2022 (Wed) After Maintenance – November 9, 2022 (Wed) 05:00 (UTC+0)

[h3]6. Bug Fixes[/h3]
- Fixed a bug where keyboard and mouse input could not be recognized when certain players return to Eltheca after gameplay
- Fixed a bug where the tooltip for Sacred Guardian – Crusade and Ruler of Darkness – Rising Wings were missing “(Can be used midair)” tooltip

The KurtzPel Tournament is back! Raise your swords, lances, scythes, staves, or kunai because we’re having a nice big tournament for all regions! Players will be able to sign up for the Tournament that will be held on October 28-29 (depending on the region). Please see below for more details.

Rules: Format: 2v2
Mode: Deathmatch
Map: Proving Grounds
* During Semi-Finals and Finals, the losing team will pick the map out of 3 maps (Proving Grounds, Abandoned Ruins Outskirt, and Coliseum of Judgement)
Target Score: 5
Safe Zone Decrease: 5 minutes

1. Matches will be Best of 1 up to Semi-Finals. Semi-Finals onward will be Best of 3.

2. Participants are required to be present 30 minutes prior before matches start. Teams who are not ready by the set time will be disqualified. GM Raiden will gather all participants to join.

3. If a participant disconnects during a match due to network issues, the current situation will be examined (Score, health, etc.) to determine if a rematch is necessary. If 2 disconnects occur, then a loss will be given to the team.

4. All Participants must abide by KurtzPel’s Terms of Use and Steam’s Terms of Use.

5. Any instances of bad sportsmanship behavior, collusion, match fixing, or intentional delay of the game will result in immediate disqualification.

6. All registered players (including reserves) must be ready and available for each respective round of this tournament. Players that are not present at the needed time with communication ready will be disqualified.

7. Players may not enter multiple characters or accounts.

8. Players may only participate in 1 region.

9. If players are caught account sharing, they will be disqualified.

10. Players are responsible for preparing all costumes and skills before entering the match.

11. Players have a 5-minute grace period to enter the match once summoned by an official. Players who do not show up will be disqualified.

12. Players who are disqualified will also not receive any prizes they may qualify for.

13. Players who are disqualified or do not show up for their matches may be banned from future tournaments at KoG’s Discretion.

14. All calls made by KoG Staff/GMs are final.

Teams will be chosen on a 1st come 1st serve basis up to 16 teams per region. If there are extra teams, they will be added as substitute teams to replace any teams that may be disqualified.

The Official KurtzPel Discord will be used so please join it if you are participating (Discord.gg/KurtzPel). On the day of each tournament, participants that signed up will receive a role in Discord for communication in a channel that will open up when the role is applied.

Prizes:
1st Place: 20,000 KP
2nd Place: 10,000 KP
3rd Place: 5,000 KP
* All KP Prizes will be split evenly between teammates.

Participation Reward: Character Appearance Change Ticket (1), Dye Select Cube (5), Season Level Increase +10 (1)

- Demon Hunter & Survival Hunting Lance Select Cube Contents: Players can select and receive 1 Lance out of the 2 Lances.
- Heroic Karma Token Select Cube Contents: Players can receive 1 Karma Token (including Radiant Horn).
- Tactical Gear & Urban Streetwear Weapon Select Cube Contents: Players can select and receive 1 weapon out of Tactical Gear or Urban Streetwear Weapons for all Karmas.
- KP Box is an item where players can obtain bonus KP for that day. Players will receive 7 boxes that can only be opened on the corresponding day after purchasing 'Heroic Karma Package.'

Aegis Knight

- Changed so that players can use Defense Attack by using left click while charging with right click
(Defense Attack deals more damage and break damage depending on the time charged.)

# UI Improvements
- Improved UI with an increased number of Karmas
Karma UI will be improved with the increase in the number of Karmas
Karma description and list now categorizes Karmas into Breaker / Slayer / Melee / Ranged categories.

Improved KP Shop Package Preview
If the package has items of same categories, the preview will allow both items to be seen one after the other.

Improved certain character Hair and Weapon to display full image through preview

- Added a new function to hide KP Shop Hair
Improved so that tail hair and side hair can be hidden in preview

- Improved Supply Box Open Window and KP Shop Supply Box Preview Window
Improved Supply Box Open Window and KP Shop Supply Box Preview Window to retain Costume Preview so that players can try out the full set costume.


# Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where items previewed in Synthesis UI can also be seen in Trading Post preview.
- Fixed a bug where using Fallen Light – Ice Trap displayed abnormal images in the bullets
- Fixed a bug where using Tab + Chase on the ground displaced the player abnormally far from the enemy with certain Karma combinations
