Season Pass - Season 9
You can purchase the ‘Season 9 Pass Bundle’ until the UTC+0 2021 November 3rd (Wed) maintenance.
When the season ends, you can no longer complete challenges and level it up. Season level up items can be used for the next season pass.
Unclaimed rewards from Season 9 will be given to you at your first login after the maintenance. This reward can be claimed until the end of Season 10.
Make sure to claim your unclaimed rewards before Season 10 ends.

Season 10
Season 9 will come to an end on UTC+0 2021 November 3rd (Wed) Maintenance.
Your rating will be soft reset once Season 9 ends and your new rank will be applied with Season 10.
Season 9's rank rewards can be claimed until the end of Season 10.
Make sure to claim your unclaimed rewards before Season 10 ends.

Rank Soft Reset
Your Season 10 Rank will depend on your rank from Season 9.
All ranks will go down by 3.
The highest rank you can get from the reset is B1 and the lowest is D1.
However, all E ranks will be reset to E1.

2. Bug Fixes
- Fixed the issue where the shortcut for Progression System was fixed to ‘H’ key
- Fixed the bug where some characters were not able to equip the Basic Profile
- Fixed the issue where some Profiles and Titles rewarded as part of completing Collections were listed in the wrong order.
- Fixed the issue in Eltheca Quests for Your Preference 1 – 3, where the quests could not be completed even if all the requirements were met to complete them.
- Fixed the bugs where some of the Progression Level Quests could not be completed (for Lv7, LV9, Lv11, Lv13, Lv15)
- Fixed the bug where Progression Levels were completely reset if all characters within an account were deleted
