EVE Anywhere, a cloud-based platform that allows a fully-featured EVE Online to be played in-browser, has moved into the next phase of beta testing and has expanded to include many new territories! More players in more countries now have access to EVE Anywhere, helping to expand the player community, removing barriers for newcomers, while simultaneously providing EVE veterans with an extremely convenient way to access the game.

EVE Anywhere enables instant access over supported browsers - Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox - and requires no downloads whatsoever. Supporting 1080p resolution and gameplay at 60FPS, it provides a way to play EVE Online unimaginable even a few years ago.

So far, testing for EVE Anywhere has been a great success, with over 50,000 streamed sessions served for over 30,000 user accounts in the US. This represents over three years of streamed gameplay! The top EVE Anywhere user so far has streamed 541 sessions for a total of over 1000 hours alone.

Meeting up, raising a glass, and sharing stories of epic battles and close escapes are integral to the EVE Online community. Luckily, opportunities to undock and Fleet Up in real life are on the horizon for players around the globe! While the world is not entirely out of the woods yet, many pilots are starting to gather in the wild for some out-of-game fun, and we trust that all player gathering organizers are keeping everyone’s safety at the forefront of their minds when planning their events.

Over 50 pilots met last month for the fifth EVE Poland meetup in Wawrzkowizna city. The celebrations and camaraderie lasted for a few days, with activities tailored for pilots of all ages to enjoy their time at the meetup. Those who demonstrated a vast knowledge of EVE Online during their quiz also took a bunch of cool swag back home with them. How cool is that Rifter?!

From the side of the Community team, we want to enhance the experience you create and provide something to make these memorable events more exciting! Wormholes are a very different kind of Cosmic Signature that you could scan down in any system. Such a wormhole might lead to anywhere else in the universe including High, Low, and Null Security space - you only need to jump through to find out where it goes. Some wormholes will even lead outside the known universe to wormhole space, a loose collection of hostile systems organized into six classes of increasing difficulty from Class 1 to Class 6 (C1-C6).
