New account-based friend and ignore system! New guild leaderboard!

• There is a new guild leaderboard at the tavern. It is sorted by level and then exp total by guild.
• Guild and Account leaderboards now sort by exp then level.
• Increased the run speed hard cap. You can run faster now...
• The friend and ignore system has been reworked to operate by account instead of by character. This means that all friends and ignore list data had to be reset. There is also a new UI at the guild house to view, add, and remove from these lists.
• The new friend list at the Guild Hall now indicates online presence with a green bubble.
• Friend list presence checks will now indicate what game mode they are in (hardcore, ladder, etc)
• The guild list will now render properly when switching between Guild tabs.
• Classes and races on friends lists now appear in the client's native language.
• You can no longer send mail to accounts that are ignoring you.
• Improved animation behavior when transitioning from combat to a hallway. Flames and boulders and such don't hang around... instead they animate out and cleanup on transition.
• Added a new maximum FPS setting under User Interface.
• Zak's Memento now properly spawns with random enhanced damage to a skill. In some cases, it would not apply correctly.
• Fixed a bug that caused unique talents to not be sampled when generating items with talents. This would cause items to generate the same talent twice in some cases which wasted a property.
• Single-player mode no longer displays game mode and ladder options when creating a character.
• Fixed a bug that caused getting potion count to trigger an error in some cases.
• The title screen now fades to black instantly upon clicking enter world.
• Reduced server database strain upon completing a mission and reloading town data. A bunch of data was unnecessarily loading from the database after completing a mission.
• Improved netcode efficiency of the /who command
• Made many more memory optimizations for improved framerates.
