The Virus Army

4 weeks ago we learned more about Circuits. If you missed the news you can still read it here: https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/858710/old_view/3289341115504394864

Today we'll talk about the Virus Army!

When the Virus Army appeared they attacked the city the robots had built for themselves. Guardian Corps fought them, but in the end, only Kai, the Gravity Circuit remains. The other robots tried to repair him, but Kai's body has been offline since.

Then as the actual in-game events begin, the Virus Army strikes again. To the terraforming robots' horror, the eight Circuits who had disappeared since the last conflict were actually alive - and this time were siding with the Virus Army.

When faced with this, the newly reformed Guardian Corps, led by a robot called Kernel and his little ragtag team of regular bots, have no choice but to dub them "Rebel Circuits". However, just in nick of time, Kai mysteriously re-emerges from his slumber, siding with this new team to face the incoming threat the Rebel Circuits and Virus Army present.

What is a Circuit?

Last time we presented you the basics of Gravity Circuit but what is even a Circuit? That's the subject of today's news!

In the game's setting, Circuit is a special title given to robots possessing unique insignias, attached to their foreheads, that bestow them their respective abilities. These come in many forms, such as the power of electricity or ice, and even the ability to move at incredible speeds. The game's titular character, Gravity Circuit, holds immense powers - but its true nature is on you to find out in the full game!

Before the game's events unfold, the Circuits acted as the overseers for the robotkind, and their terraforming efforts. Providing both protection and guidance, they were collectively called the Guardian Corps.
